How could this aspect manifest? Would it influence your moon being in the 4th or would you have Scorpio moon traits?

To a certain extent...yes.

Typically speaking natal Pluto in 4th suggests power struggles with parents(more specifically the parent who makes the rules).

The parent tends to have a very "all or nothing" approach to enforcing obedience i.e. corporal punishment, food privileges taken away, forced to do hard labour etc. The idea here being "you dont ever disagree with the letter of the law at home".

Pluto in 4th also suggests subliminal conditioning and so the parents may have been the type to enforce strict religious beliefs or were conversely vehemently opposed to such. Were the type to be anti government or those who would give leg and limb for the homeland. Very extreme beliefs were imparted on the native when young.

would you say, pluto in 4th is similar to moon in scorpio? I'm interested as well to know as I have pluto in 4th and also moon in 4th and whenever I read about moon in scorpio it fits me to a t.
