What are some aspects you think are found in charts of naturally extroverted people? I'm not extroverted or outgoing with strangers or friends (my outgoing side comes out in my romantic relationships since I've got Mercury, Venus and Juno in Aries), but I've met a ton of extroverts who crave social interaction with new people 24/7 and ALMOST ALL of them have some of the aspects and planets in signs/houses mentioned below. Btw extroverted doesn't necessarily mean an outgoing person (though usually that's the case), but rather one who recharges by constant socialization with people while introverts tend to need to spend time alone in order to recharge their batteries but at the same time might not necessarily be shy and withdrawn (though usually that is the case).*Exalted Mercury or Mercury in its own signs of either Gemini or Virgo or even sociable and chatty Libra *Mercury conjunct Jupiter *3rd house Mercury or Mercury ruling the 3rd house of either Gemini or Virgo while Mercury is also not in its detriment and fall in quiet and shy Pisces *Air dominant chart *Fire dominant chart *Libra dominant chart *Aries dominant chart *Mercury in Sagittarius conjunct Moon in Sagittarius *Sun in the 1st house in ANY sign and conjunct Jupiter *Venus in Libra conjunct Moon in Libra in 11th/5th house *Aries moon trine Leo or Sag sun *Aries Venus conjunct Aries sun *Mercury in Leo sextile Moon in Libra *Sun in Leo square moon in Taurus (my mom has this placement and she's super talkative and outgoing and Bill Clinton has this aspect and obviously you have to be talkative and friendly to win over the public) **EDIT: Someone mentioned Mercury in Aries which I do think can certainly make someone a very outgoing person if the rest of their chart agrees with this. I have this placement and am not outgoing, so this placement alone (at least in my chart) has made me more assertive and aggressive in speech and easily able to stand up for myself; however, I do know other Mercury in Aries people who are sociable and popular with everyone because they have so much energy in their voice when they speak. I have that placement along with Venus in Aries and I myself and definitely not naturally outgoing so I didn't put it up there, but I certainly do think Mercury in Aries is usually found in charts of outgoing and friendly people. I'm super outgoing and will speak my mind no problem when it comes to relationships, but I'm more reserved with friendships and people whom I'm just meeting for the first time. Also, us Mercury in Aries people tend to sometimes be a little... rude with our speech and sometimes can be harsh unknowingly. I always thought this was interesting. My planets are at the top of my chart and in fact I've got a 10th house stellium and Aries stellium but yet I tend to be shy around people. Perhaps it is because I am also Capricorn dominant and have my moon there (and since I'm Cancer rising and moon rules my rising sign it makes me less outgoing than my chart appears to show at first glance). My husband is bottom-heavy and I’m top heavy and we get seriously DRAINED by being among people for too long! My husband being able to “fake it” better than I am though. IP: Logged |

I think this could be very true. All of my planets are on the lower half besides Jupiter and Mars. Although I like being in social settings at times, I am truely an introvert. I have a fire dominant chart (Leo) including sun/moon in first house and Virgo mercury. IP: Logged |

Yeah extroverted people get energy from constant social interaction and tend to get inspired to do something from bouncing off ideas with other people while introverted people recharge by spending time engaging in their favorite solitary hobbies and usually get their best ideas when they're sitting alone thinking to themselves. I can't fake it if I'm bored lol, I usually tend to make it obvious in my face hahah

Agree with Ami on Top Half of chart with lots of planets.Sagittarius Ascendant
Maybe also Gemini Ascendants I've worked in office atmospheres that were Mercury Dominant.   The air was positively scintillating. IP: Logged |

A person can be friendly but not talkative, outgoing but not extroverted.I know someone who's outgoing and friendly but not at all talkative, and he's an Introvert according to MBTI. He has a lot of planets in the northern hemisphere and mostly earth/water signs with a stellium in Virgo. IP: Logged |
