Foreign people or places are represented by the 9th/12th house. Whilst connecting with all sorts of people whose ideas are like ours and we gravitate to as a result of shared ideas (regardless of background) is 11th,3rd and 7th.

You have intercepted Pisces in House 1 and Aqua rising.These two signs are of themselves very "open ended". Aqua connects to others on the basis of shared ideas(11th) regardless of skin colour and Pisces(12th) sees themselves as "connected" to everyone-regardless of background.

You have Moon in Aqua in hard aspect to both Jupiter and Uranus.

You also lack hard Saturn aspects plus Pisces Venus helps in it in some way because Pisces doesn't care about those kind of differences.

Oh my gosh thank you for taking the time to write all this (: It was so interesting to read. You noticed things in my chart that I had no idea attributed to my interest in foreign cultures. I thought the Pluto in Sag 9th house amd Sag mc for sure contributed a bit to it. But didn’t realize Pisces placements could. And my moon being in the 12th house as well. It makes sense. I think someone mentioned on here that I might feel even more at home living in another country. I can see that. I did used to like to incorporate different elements of other cultures in my clothing but nowadays I feel like it is seen as a bad thinh. You know with all this “cultural appropriation” stuff going around. I sometimes feel reluctant to share my interest in other cultures because of this. Sometimes people have a hard time understanding it. Lol if aliens did contact me that would be awesome 😂 thanks again for your help!
