Pisces maybe? Leo or Taurus? I would even say Libra.

I suppose it depends on what motivates them. Do they romanticize a previous decade? (Many will romanticize one decade or century over another which suggests a placement to be fascinated with the past.) Are they being trendy (probably with a face buried in their phone in some overpriced "nature" store rather than living simply with nature), or are hippies despised in the area? It makes a difference in trying to figure out what their chart might be like (someone being a "hippie" born and raised in Arcata, California is likely to have a different chart from a "hippie" born and raised in rural East Texas, for example).

Btw, my impression is that Linda Goodman (Aries sun, Libra moon, IIRC) was very much into the original hippies, or their predecessors. Though that said, my Aries sun grandmother once lived on a hippie commune. She got along with many hippies at the time. Others she couldn't stand, and I bet she'd have clashed with Linda Goodman. Lots of different personality types are available. Not sure what it means to be a hippie (and neo-hippie) today.

Yep.

And Virgo.

Associated themes: Back to nature. Back to earth. Love of natural health. Love of DIY things.

Pluto was in Virgo when Hippy movement started.

No pattern. Many people across all the spectrum of astrological pictures have identified with this term or showed a 'look' that could invite this label.

The era of beatnik sensibilities turned "hippy" is characterized by Uranus and Pluto in Virgo, but that's it.

I should be a hippie lol I have a stellium in both signs. In some ways I think I am a bit but I certainly don’t dress like one . I wish I was that cool...

I know of a guy who is an Aquarius with most of his inner planets in Aquarius, he’s young but dresses in that 70’s style. Gives hippie vibes to me. His Aquarius stellium is in the 4th house. He also has a 12th house moon.

The most “hippie” I’ve personally met were Aries.

I wonder what transit would have someone go through a hippy phase like my parents.
