I also have maladaptive daydreaming. Im not sure if I have the actual disorder but I follow the subreddit and have a lot of the traits. Like pacing and listening to music while daydreaming. Having movies or books trigger daydreams etc. Ive done this since I was a kid. Didn’t think Id still do it in my early 20’s lol
