I don’t know much about the vertex but am interested in how it effects you and your relationships. Does the ruler of vertex have any importance? My vertex is in Sag and Jupiter is in my 12th house.

I would say it would play a role in how you experience the 'fated' feeling of vertex connections. Like it may light up in your chart somewhere, but it may also deeply attract energy towards the ruler as well- or the ruler's position may be how you are personally more inclined to react to it or perceive it.

I cannot really tell in my own as my vertex ruler is Venus/Libra and that energy is already deeply tied to almost everything else in my chart lmao, I can't tell the difference! Everything feels fated! But maybe that's why? It is conjunct my Sun (the ruler) so I would say anything 'fated' feels awfully ego/personal related, in my case.

Thank you! That makes sense - and for you that everything feels fated if vertex ruler conjunct sun. So does vertex relate mostly to a fated feeling? I read it also is a sensitive point in your chart.

Yes, I would say so. I personally think the sensitivity feeling is what some people think is the fated feeling. Sensitive in that it evokes something, some sort of emotion (perhaps like destiny or 'this feels right or meant to happen').

That site ^ was pretty good with defining the sign and/or house. I've seen others before. I'll try to add them to help you better understand your vertex MMarie

I really think this is an excellent site describing the meaning of your vertex.
