I have Moon and Pluto there and I'm very picky with what foods I consume, how many daily meals I eat, how much I eat per meal, at what time I begin eating, and at what time I should finish eating.

I should probably mention that wanting to weigh 110lbs with 10% body fat by June 30th plays a role in my serious dietary habits. However, I don’t see myself adjusting my routine after I achieve my fitness goal; since I will have to stick to it to maintain a striated six-pack in the first place. It'll be like a full-time job, and I'm 100% okay investing in the long-term

I've also begun going to bed at the same time every single day, and I'm trying to arise at a fixed time each morning.

As a fellow Cancer rising, interestingly enough, with Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune all in my sixth house, I'm picky about what I eat as well, but where I differ from you is, I'm not picky about what foods I eat, unless I can't stand the taste, such as black olives. I mainly restrict myself about what I eat though, I don't like eating foods extremely high in sugar, I'll limit myself to just a little bit or non at all, like milk, or cereal, I don't consume either, every once-in-a-great-while I'll eat pancakes with everything on them, but as I said, it's rare because of the high sugar content, and to make up for that, I'll fast for a 24hr period at least once a week, usually Monday's to work off everything I built up over the weekend, it helps me maintain and even loose a little weight, without having too much of a toll on my body, I even switched from can Mountain Dew to bottles or fountain, to reduce my sugar consumption, and to make my teeth healthier by drinking through a straw.

As far as sleep is concerned, as long as I force myself to get 8-9hrs of sleep, my body is satisfied, doesn't always work, but when I can, it works wonders.

Lastly, I started taking vitamins to accelerate my metabolism, especially when I fast, I take vitamin D3, Super Complex B vitamins, and L-Citrulline 1200mg to be specific, I'll take one B&D vitamin a day, followed by 3 L-Citrulline, after I get home from work, I'll take another L-Citrulline, and then take another L-Citrulline right before I go to bed. Really helps the cardiovascular system with all that extra nitric-oxide, along with other areas the ladies are quite fond of😘 I find this daily routine is far superior than just taking 5-Hour energy, too afraid to try that due to my heart condition, and I avoid any and all energy drinks as well.

Hope this helps others looking to make themselves healthier too!

I have a stellium in the 6th, moon/Pluto exact, Mars, and saturn and I've always been funny about food. I don't like it lol. I have to force myself to eat sometimes, I guess I just like the feeling of being hungry. Food is just weird to me lol.

Me too! 😊 Do you have any planets in the first house of physical fitness? That’s awesome, good luck with it!

Funny you mention that because my sister has Venus in the 6th house and she’s always trying to eat “healthy”.

Just like my sister, lol. She's been obsessed with peanut butter for over 2 decades now; as am I, but the difference is that strictly monitor and record how many (measured) tablespoons I'd consume; whereas she'll mindlessly eat 1/4 of the peanut butter jar without realizing it.

I'm on Day 4/7 (or maybe even 10) of my 3rd water fast and surprisingly, I'm at a point where I feel like I could go the rest of the month of May without a crumb food; and just live off my body fat until a (superiorly accurate) DEXA-Scan confirms that my body composition is a total of 110lbs and 10% body fat. Weighed 124.2lbs the morning of May 11th! My next weigh-ins will be this Saturday morning, Monday morning and possibly the morning of either Thursday May 23rd or that of Monday May 27th. It's all depending on whether or not I continue to experience ZE-RO negative side-effects from abstaining from food. No random organ pains, joint aches, headaches, dizziness, nothing, na-da.

It seems like society is quite obsessed with food, so most individuals would not be able to abstain from it for even 2 days. I'm telling you, the willpower, strengthened self-discipline, and peace of mind resultant from thinking about anything, BUT food, is phenomenal. It's mind-blowing, because I expected it to be much more challenging than it is turning out to be; but nope, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually-wise, everything has been going perfectly well; and admittedly, I have God to thank for that, mainly because I'm born at 24 weeks, so it could be that my internal organs are not "as" normal as people born at full-term (36-40 weeks gestation). Anyway, despite having strictly followed the OMAD (One Meal A Day) diet keto-style for 2 weeks, prior to beginning my water fast, I was pretty hungry on Day 1. Once I woke up on Day 2 though, I felt like I was on Cloud Nine! My mental acuity was (and still is) very high. Not to mention, despite only being able to remain asleep for 5 hours, my energy and concentration levels have consistently been through the roof People have different definitions of “discipline”; but in my case, guess you could say that I'm doing what I have to do, when I have to do it, as BEST as I can do it, to get the fat loss results I need. I have to look past the momentary “pain” for the greater gain in the long-run (being able to effortlessly fit my hands around my waistline again, lol)

Someday, intermittent fasting and prolonged fasting will become the cornerstone of all medicine. Many people eat out of boredom and out of "having too much" food available, ALL the time. Food is for nourishing and feeding the body, not for making "free time go away"., haha. Eat TO live, not live to eat. I is such a simple concept, but obviously not everyone can comprehend it - hence why most of North America is obese with multiple health diseases.

Below is 2 informative quotes for ya;

1. “The body feels hungry based on how it’s conditioned to consume. If you eat every 2 - 3 hours your body will adapt to that then you will naturally feel hungry every 2 - 3 hours. If you eat once every 48 hours you will eventually adapt as well, and only feel serious hunger closer to the 48-hour mark.”

2. “‘On a day you don’t eat for 24 hours, you’re guaranteed to be losing half a pound of non-water weight that’s mostly from body fat’ “ Brad Pilon told Global News.

Well the muslims have been doing it for 1400+ years, the fasting, but the real deal with no water or food until sunset for one lunar month. Also since they follow the lunar calender the month of fasting ”ramadan” differs. Every 30 year or so it may be in the middle of the winter. Right now it does coincide with spring/summer, so people up north fast from dawn to around 22.00 when the sun sets.
Its truly fascinating! Imagine the discipline and stamina one must have to be able to do that

Also year 2016 a japanese cell biologist, Yoshinori Ohsumi actually won the Nobel Prize in Medicine for his research about fasting and cells renewing/recycling, amazing research indeed

Used to.

I have Neptune conjunct Uranus there, square my Aries moon. i was seriously anorexic from 12 to 16ish. so just used food restriction to cope i guess.

then i thought i was cured because i became obsessed with eating healthy food only, but i still ate veryy little without even realizing it because i just didn't know how to properly eat, which sounds crazy. like eating a whole sandwich that wasn't just vegetables was something that never crossed my mind to do. and i wondered why i felt so foggy all the time.

I was always very active but it was mostly walking, dancing, hula hooping, cardio stuff. Now that i do more physical labor I eat SO much more, have finally broken 100 lbs and it's muscle

now, i'm the healthiest i've ever been and drink more alcohol and eat more fast food and sweets than i ever have in my life (cuz In N Out). everything in moderation! and sometimes everything more than moderation!

i'm generally VERY bad with routine and need to shake things up and feel inspired and ALIVE every day or else i get really self destructive. that Aries moon square.

---

my bf has venus in the 6th opposite uranus, square moon and square jupiter (in a t-square)
he drinks and eats chocolate and pizza every day and has the most attractive male body i've ever seen but i'm biased obviously. i honestly think it's just because of his personality, like his willpower and stamina just crosses over to his body no matter what he eats. lol, does that make sense? kinda like how so many people who live past ninety will tell you they drink and smoke every day. i hope to be like that but don't care either way. doesn't matter whether you die young or old as long as you live fully.

The 6th house is one of the hardest for having a stellium. It can mean struggles and struggles with illnesses.

I have Jupiter in there. I try to be strict with myself, like keeping a regular yoga routine and always avoiding drugs and alcohol. I also try to eat healthy vegan food, but there have been times where I'd binge eat easily without realizing it. It's much more convenient for me to use an app like Cronometer so I can keep track of everything I eat and how many calories I'd burn throughout the day. Jupiter is also in Virgo, heh.

I too have soooo much more energy the less I eat. I think I'm addicted to not eating but I don't consider myself anorexic. I am really skinny though and I've been trying to be healthier about my food intake but for me, it's like the more I focus on my health, the more overwhelming it gets. I guess because I have so much going on in the 6th.

I'm a Cancer rising with moon in Capricorn at the very tail end of the 6th house (my moon is at 9 Capricorn and my 7th house starts at 12 Capricorn so my moon is pretty much conjunct my 7th house cusp/Descendant but yet I still feel 6th house moon effects). I think since the moon rules our rising sign we are more apt to feel the effects of its placement by house and sign more strongly than other planets since its ruling our 1st house that represents our physical body.

I definitely have weird food habits and have a 14-year history with eating disorders. I have been diagnosed with EDNOS (eating disorder not otherwise specified) but have also been bulimic at times during this 14-year span and also anorexic. I'm 5'3 and currently 100 lbs so some might say I'm underweight since my BMI technically is considered underweight, but I'm personally feeling the healthiest I've ever felt in all my 27 years of life. I will say that my once daily eating habit isn't healthy and definitely considered odd for most people. I just don't have much of an appetite since I'm not a large person and don't have a highly energetic and busy lifestyle that'd require me to eat a ton of calories throughout the day.

I remember growing up that I'd go through these weird food phases where I'd only eat one type of food for dinner for months at a time. It's probably related to my OCD. I remember I once only at chicken salad with no dressing for a year for dinner everyday. My current super strict food rule is how I order my fast food burger meals. I get my burger in a lettuce wrap with no sauce, no tomatoes, no onions, light on the cheese and unsalted or lightly salted fries and unsweetened iced tea with one splenda. I don't ever order a burger as is because I don't like eating all that extra sh*t that I certainly don't need. Again, it could be my ocd. A 6th house moon/Virgo moon (Virgo is the natural sign ruler of the 6th house) is notorious for causing OCD and eating disorders in people. As I said before, since the Moon rules our rising sign that represents our physical body, having the moon in the 6th house of health, even at thhe very tail end like me, will tend to make someone obsessed with being skinny/in shape and thus likely to become anorexic and/or develop OCD. Mental illness is often hereditary so if you have OCD or anorexia then one or both of your parents or maternal or paternal grandparents likely also suffered from it at one point in their lives or forever (check your family member's charts, ESPECIALLY your parents to see if they also have a 6th house moon/Virgo moon and have a known history of eating disorders and/or diagnosed OCD or undiagnosed but highly likely have OCD)

Just piggybacking onto my previous comment, my dad is a Virgo sun and Virgo rising with Virgo as the most dominant sign in his chart. He has OCD. If you and one or both of your parents or maternal/paternal grandparents have a mental illness then check your chart and their chart to see if that mental illness is clearly seen in your and their chart.

I'm a virgo sun + mars with capricorn saturn, uranus and neptune in the 6th, so I'm a SUPER virgo actually.

Buuut, I think my cancer rising and cancer jupiter kicks in, cause I don't really have any strict nutrition habits, or actually any habits at all. I'm very picky with some things, for example my food has to be very fresh and "clean" otherwise I just don't really feel like eating it (unless theres nothing else).

But I've never been able to keep a diet, not that I'm any kind of overweight, I dont think you can be that with such a strong 6th house, but I don't overly watch what I eat and I loooove sugar and cake and CHOCOLAT! Oh how I love chocolate very much!

The past few years I gained some extra weight though, as I'm now 178 cm, and weight 69, but its still in the normal zone, so I dont really worry so much

Hi! Thank you for the response. Hmm, how interesting. I'm considering looking into it, but the million-dollar question is, whether or not I'd be able to do-so to the upmost accuracy, without their exact birth times. Let me know what you think!
