They always talk about Scorpio eyes being recognizable by intensity if nothing else, but do you have any pointers for recognizing eye types by signs otherwise? I grew up with Scorpio types around me (both Sun & ASC ones) so have some idea about how that works out but the rest are more hazy to me.I find the googleable options aren't very helpful but maybe I just haven't run into the right things to read. Any pointers or ideas? For an example, Peter Serafinowicz is a solar & lunar Cancer but I don't know if that has bearing on what I assume can be described as "heavy" lids or if his unknown Ascendant influences something like that more in his case. He has very distinctive eyes IMO though, but I don't know enough to say if they're of a Cancerian type or what. Or to even try to guess at an ASC, e.g. Sylvester Stallone was born July 6 to Serafinowicz's July 10th and both seem to have a slightly similar thing going on eye-wise. Cancer influence or what? Stallone's ASC is in Sagittarius, Moon in Libra. Any other things to recognize eye types from? Saying Pisces may have a dreamy look going on doesn't to me say much at the moment, e.g., for one thing I think I remember reading. And I say that as a Pisces Moon, possibly having a better idea of what is got at with that than many others. IP: Logged |

I'm a pisces moon too, and I've noticed others that have this moon sign share a similar "glow" quality to them, and they can have "faraway" eyes too. Like physically they are here, but often their eyes look like their soul is someplace faraway. I've noticed cancer moons can have smaller eyes, that are shaped like a moon crescent, and they have a "sparkling" quality to them, almost silver/grey in color, but still a shimmery. I don't know much about the other moons signs though. That's just my personal observations. ♡ IP: Logged |

I know that there is likely something in Gemini if the eyes twinkle and are(as Tyra would put it) "smizing".I knew a guy with such eyes and it was difficult to understand where that quality stemmed from? And that's until I saw that in his birth chart, he had Gem rising(nothing else in Gemini) My little sister has such eyes too. They seem "locked" in high school tbh.And she also has no planets in Gem (Very Scorpio heavy) but Asc in Gemini. I always think that the aries glyph looks like typical aries eye shape. Gemini has fox-like eye shape.IP: Logged |

My unscientific observation is that Virgo Ascendant tend to have more narrow eyes. My son, who is Scorpio Sun Virgo Ascendant (and Moon) has beautiful blue/green eyes that have been described as piercing but they're more narrow, not prominent or noticeably Scorpio-sh as his younger brother and mine.IP: Logged |

I'm not sure if I can answer to your satisfaction, but you could take a look at the collection of faces at my rising signs page and tell me what you see ... http://kannonmcafee.wordpress.com/rising-signs/ Signs alone won't suffice. People can have planets aligned with Asc, Moon, Sun, etc, that play a role in that. ------------------ "Drift like a cloud and flow like water, seeing that all life is a magnificent illusion, a playing of energy, and there is absolutely nothing fundamentally to be afraid of." -- Alan Watts Soul Stars Astrology by The Declinations Guy Expert birth chart rectification IP: Logged |
