Mars is at 29°36 in 7th house rules by Pisces parallel my moon in 12th house at rectified 29° Leo.
Obviously conjunct Aries Point.

What does this mean exactly? Is it like the great attractor?

Its energy is said to be dynamic & "pronounced"-similar to when a planet is on an angle.

Draconic astrology pays attention to the Aries point as its seen as where the native will express(most dynamically) the energy of that planet.
