He’s a Korean actor. I watch a lot of Korean dramas and Im always interested in their charts but they rarely have birthtimes.
Ive posted about about another Korean actor before asking what they thought his risibg was and someone mentioned that most Korean actors and actresses get plastic surgery so you cant tell their rising/placements. While that might be true , it’s not for everyone, and Ive seen younger pics of this particular actor and he looks the same.
So Im trying to figure out not only his rising but also his moon sign, because his moon is on a cusp just about. I know some people on here are good at seeing someones moon or rising by their appearance and wanted to get some input of what you guys might think his placements may be. Sun/Moon/rising
It will help me get an idea of what his placements may be.

Strong water. I'm thinking Cancer rising and Pisces Moon. (This way it'd also have his chart ruler be in Pisces.)

Also somewhere Capricorn and/or Aquarius. Maybe more so Capricorn.

I see Scorpio too, especially in second yes, in the eyes and the posture too, just observing...from distance yet very closely...you get what I meann ??

Do you Scorpio sun or moon or rising?
I do see Scorpio in him too actually. But he has zero planets in Scorpio except pluto, and the only other water placement he has is Pisces Saturn. His chart is actually mostly masculine signs.
