Planets-themselves, that you have in your chart, are 'placed' as bodies in the various zodiac houses.

A natal Sun Cancer ..
The MOON rules Zodiac Cancer.
You don't mention any house placements.

Each HOUSE cusp has a natural ruler based on 0-aries on the ascendant which is H1, etc, traveling counter-clockwise around the wheel until you get to H12 (house before ASC).

The zodiac sign on the cusp of your own natal chart wheel, has a ruler.

So, this is a loop (or circular) disposit chain ... Sun->Moon->Saturn->Sun ... with each of these three planets being able to draw upon the other two for their own purpose(s).
