Topic: How influential, or 'intensive', is having a Scorpio Moon, in a 'Fall' position?

I know Beyonce and Miley Cyrus both have it.
Hearing their songs "Jealousy" and "Wrecking Ball", had me think of their Scorpio Moon placements; but then again, Beyonce has Venus conjunct Pluto, and Miley has an 8th House Sun, Mercury and Venus, in conjunction to Pluto. I'm not sure if it's her Scorpio Moon or the Plutonian energy, but I think she remained obsessively in love, with the same man, since June 2009: when she began filming "The Last Song", with her now-husband, Liam Hemsworth.Would the effect of a Scorpio Moon, be less "intense", if it were unaspected and placed in the 6th House? ------------------

I know a Scorpio Moon. He is intense "as is" and I dont even know his aspects. My guess is that Pluto would.add a volcanic effect? Can't say.IP: Logged |

Moon/Pluto runs in my family, my youngest sister and her son both have a scorpio moon exactly conjunct the Midheaven. My sis is very manipulative and intense is an understatement. Her son (he's a year old and I have custody of him) has probably the worst temper of any child I've ever seen, movies or real life. It's an insanely difficult placement to deal with but we all have some connection with scorpio moons so we're quite a hard bunch to handle lol. My mother has the sextile, I have the conjunction (moon at 29 libra Pluto at 0 scorp), one sis has the square, and I didn't think my brother had one but I had his time of birth wrong and he has a loose trine. Moon in Scorpio can make extremly insightfull people, healers of the universe(!) It can also create self absorbed MF's that will stop at nothing to destroy everything in their path. As usual you cant, and shouldnt, isolate one placement/aspect and draw conclusions from it. IP: Logged |

I have a Scorpio Moon. In my experience, the position of this Moon is not difficult because it is.
We only feel very intensely, but we are trained to deal with it. The main problem of this Moon is that we have normally suffered unimaginable things in our lives (especially in childhood). The people who had to take care of us, at best, were simply not there. Or in the worst case, we suffer very severe mistreatment from our caregivers. And to all this we must add the immense sensibility of Scorpio, and his values of loyalty. This means that we were mistreated, or neglected, and felt it in every cell of our skin and soul, and in addition to that, we could not flee, because E Scorpio loyal. This is a bomb, and that's what it means to have a Scorpio moon. IP: Logged |

The overall strength of the Moon is determined only partly by its sign position. It's strength is influenced even more by the combined effect of aspects and direction/ house position (using a chart with an accurate Asc figure).Last question:
(a) The popular notion of 'unaspected' is a misnomer and not reliable criteria for judging the strength of Moon or any planet. Most of the time no such condition actually exists as shown in my article. Individual aspects can contribute towards greater or lesser strength of a planet or luminary's strength, but having no major aspects does neither.
(b) No, because the 6th house does not affect the mode of expression of Moon's sign, just the areas of concern. A person's emotional intensity is not necessarily synonymous with the strength of Moon's astrological condition in the birth chart. ------------------

My ex bf has Moon/Mars/Pluto in Scorpio and he is so jealous of me he wants me to die. His relationship with his mother is also disgusting to me and too personal. I'm grateful I only have one planet in Scorpio (Pluto) in its home sign. I'm not jealous of anyone and feel bad for people that are this way.IP: Logged |

I have Scorpio Moon first house won't bore you with the many aspects but I think what we have in common is the ability to sense others emotions. Especially pain. I get so tired of hearing people complain about vindictive Scorpio energy. They forget that we not only sense their pain but are strong enough to hold it, make sense of it and manage it. In my opinion that's why those examples in music were so popular and resonate with so many people. That Scorpio energy that's so maligned can turn pain into the bite size morsels that others recognize, relate and see that they're not the alone or the only ones who feels it.IP: Logged |

Jealous people are just weak and don't have the confidence in themselves to manage their own power so they inflict pain on others just to pretend they have some power over their lives. It's sad really. I say a silent prayer for them and move on. If you're dealing with an involved Scorpio just know the poor chap is in so much pain and has no understanding of how to manage his or her own highest potential. As Scorpio Moon myself, I will try to explain this. It is not exactly jealous what we feel, although it looks a lot. I believe that most Scorpio Moons have a longing out of this world to love unconditionally, and be loved that way back. Unfortunately, we know that most people do not understand love like us. When we find a person with whom we connect in the realm of love (and this is very difficult to happen), we literally surrender our soul to the other person.
We know that if the other person leaves, we will feel pain and emptiness that will take years to heal, or never. That's why we feel so overwhelmed by jealousy. But this gets better with age, when we learn not to deliver 100% of our soul. But only 50%, not to be totally broken if that ends. And it really is a shame. Scorpio exists to deliver 100%.

The Moon is kind of the depth of who we are so the Scorpio Moon is intense and just needs to accept that as part of who they are. They are deep and perceptive and this is really good but they can't help being intense------------------
