I am new here. On many a web search for personal experiences regarding a particular astrological situation, I've seen your forum appear in the results. I've gleaned important insight from reading forum posts, so after I had this experience, I decided to join the forum and create a post in case it is helpful for others.

In the past, I tended to discount Chiron, feeling it wasn't that important in my horoscope. Somehow I'd forgotten that Chiron opposes my natal Moon-Uranus conjunction. I started to notice the effect of Chiron a couple years before the return. I have a very large stellium, and prior to the return, Chiron opposed each stellium planet one by one. Each opposition was characterized by about two days in which I felt hopelessness and despair and considered myself to be abandoned. These feelings were not founded in reality—the abandonment I felt and feared did not manifest as actual events. I would like to point that I do not examine details of transits in advance. Only if I feel that something strange is occurring will I pull out the ephemeris to look for an explanation. In each of these instances, I found myself experiencing a Chiron opposition. My Chiron is in Aries in the 4th house, not too far from the cusp of the 5th house. I would say that I feel it in my 5th house as I also have Saturn in Aries in the 5th house, and in some way, I feel that their energies are related. I am not going to reveal details of my personal life on the internet, except to say that my Chiron wound pertains to a feeling of being alone, abandoned and unloved, and is also tied to a deep need for creative expression. Over the two years or so preceding the Chiron return, I grappled intensely with these issues. It is interesting to note that at the beginning of this period, a new friendship began with a person who has the same Chiron configuration I do (opposite Moon and Uranus) and who helped me to examine these matters. I still tended to discount the relevance of Chiron, feeling it's effect to be rather slight, with only a couple days of influence per opposition. Two astrological events coincided and changed my mind. As a reminder, Chiron opposes Uranus and the Moon in my natal chart. Shortly after the Chiron return, transiting Uranus trined my natal Sun and became conjunct my natal Saturn, and I had an epiphany. The gist of it is that I felt healed of my psychospiritual wound. I wondered if this feeling would last, and I can state that three months later I still feel the same way. The Uranus transit was the catalyst for this change to take place. I do hope that this account will be useful to those studying the potential effects of the Chiron return.

Its peculiar that I look at Chiron to be very important natally. But tend to discount its relevance when it comes to transits.

I haven't paid attention to my Chiron. I attribute hurt feelings to Saturn/Neptune mostly. And the kind that feel suffocating-Pluto.

I do however know that Uranus can bring on immediate "aha" moments that seem to come like random lightning on a hot day.

I recall an episode where Miranda(Sex and the City) was hit by an uncertainty clarifying "He is just not that into you" epiphany with a guy she had been struggling with.

So relieved and happy she was, she went around sharing the "wisdom" with people who still wanted to play on to faulty and confusing illusions of "hope" for a guy they like

I agree that the transits weren't a very big deal, though I look back and see them as part of the process I was undergoing. I remember reading something that spoke of Chiron being involved with both Uranus and Saturn energy, though I can't recall the details. Uranus transits and connections do feel like being struck by lightning.

When Chiron was trine my natal Chiron I experienced a profound healing that awakened my entire soul and life. Currently Chiron is Square my Chiron and someone is trying to take my life. The healing I experienced is why they are even in my life doing this though so I can handle it. I would check the trines as well for good healing experiences.
