What in natal chart may indicate that someone would look older than his age?

For someone's vitality and in those terms youth there are non dividable factors:
genetics (approx 30%), lifestyle (mayor contributor) and stress.

I have some friends that look very youthful in their 40s. They don't exercise, although they don't have obesity issues, they smoke tobacco and weed, consume alcohol often and still are appealing.

On the other hand, me in my 33yr, have eye bags (since childhood) and suffered nerv damage on my face and for basicly 1year got that oldish look. I look like I'm 40 or something.
My skin changed, got wrinkles around eyes and deep cheek wrinkles.

Let's say that lifestyle is without any hard exercising

i hooked up with a guy who had sun/mars conjunct in aries (no idea what his ascendant was) and he looked like hell, 10 years younger than me but looked older

i look younger than i am, somehow, with all the drugs and **** ive done and all the stress etc it's kind of amazing

not sure what does that in my chart

I read somewhere that Saturn rules the bones and teeth. I've had arthritis since I was 16. I started treatment for it at 22 and finally found some relief from the joint pain at 28. I've had 2 major dental surgeries and several procedures to finally get my teeth the way they should be. Everything is delayed with Saturn. I suspect by the time I feel like a regular person, I'll be nearly 40.

Completely agree. I think the difference between gemini and cap is...people with strong gemini energy look extremely youthful and with cap it's slightly different, they just age well.

I'm strongly capricornian with several planets in capricorn and saturn in the 1st. When I was a teenager I always looked older but since my mid-20s I've always looked younger. Until I was 43 people thought on average that I looked between 8-10 years younger. However, since then I've turned a page and I do see myself aging now. I still look younger but only about 5 years now.

I supposedly looked a bit older, when I was a teenager, and then looked younger until my mid-thirties, when most people start to show age, start to gain lines, etc. I might have been better off if I'd been able to calm the hell down - stress will age you. But I had to deal with a lot, almost every year got worse for a while - so I haven't looked so good for a while. I'm taking a few supplements to help my hair (which was falling out due to illness and stress), and started a new one two months ago, which seems to have helped other things, and is supposed to help skin and hair, due to its silica content, which produces collagen in the body (with the help of things like vitamin C).
