What I see as a reccuring theme with Uranus transit (before they thoroughly do their worst) is that it starts off with boredom. Painful( not literally of course) incorrigible boredom.

Tv is dull, clothes are dull, people are dull and even settling down to sleep is challenging. This is a progressive restlessness that is at its core a complete dissatisfaction with "what is" and a desire to see the world with new eyes.Or atleast remember what being alive feels like etc.

The universe lines up the request and responds to inspire one to usher sudden changes into one's life to assault the senses and resuscitate them back into life. i.e a sudden love interest, a move.

Or the Universe can have change thrust unceremoniously on the native to get them feeling "blindsided" as if struck by lightning i.e a car accident, a sudden love interest, a sudden loss etc.

The native in the 2nd instance can cry "foul" or "My life's being turned upside down etc. But to be fair, before these "upsets", the native did scream to the Universe (however subtly) that they want "change. And the universe answered.

With the transit to the Nodes,my method may be viewed as "unconventional" as I look at the cardinal points of 0 Aries as a theme to look out for each and every time.

An example would be the current Neptune in Pisces 18 retrograde transit hitting my Node in Gem 16. Read from the Node,I take Gem 16 as the 0 degree Aries cardinal axis and count from there.

Sag 16 becomes the Lib 0 degree cardinal point & Pisces 16 is Cap 0. So the cardinal Nep point is Cap 2 Nep with trans Neptune 18 square my natal Gem 16.

With Neptune nearing the cardinal 0 degree axis of Cap, the theme with Neptune involved herein is confusion right now.I must be weary of misunderstandings and wipeouts. Overexertion and depletion of energy.

Jupiter trans at 14 Sag when read from my North node Gem is 1 Deg Lib. The theme with Jupiter near the cardinal 0 deg Lib is excess. Right now I must caution against senseless spending & eating too much.

This transit drastically changed my life and my career. In 2010, I attempted to do National Novel Writing Month and I didn't make it to the 50,000 word goal by the end of November. In 2011, after meeting my twin flame, I got through NaNo for the first time so I think meeting him gave me a missing puzzle piece for my writing.

I know a woman that has been experiencing this transit. Last year in October, the man she loved died in a vehicle accident in his late 20's. When I looked at the transits to her natal chart, Uranus was squaring her nodes and she is only now trying to move on.

I'm bored, frustrated, and restless right now. When a Taurus Sun wants change, you know things are dull and boring. Of course, in my case, it could also be my Gemini Moon that's asking for the change.

Uranus is currently in Taurus and so be careful what you wish for

I have Moon in 3rd house and so I can relate to the Gemini energy that adds to the boredom.

In my case, I feel like I am just not meeting near enough interesting people.Everyone just seems so conventional and a copy of another. The things I say "shock" them and I am like "Come on. Really?"

Indeed. And they bring a fresh new perspective to an otherwise "dull" existence.

You did mention that you have Venus-Uranus? So I think you do need that volt of electricity consistently. Especially seeing that Venus also rules your Sun right?

I don't have Uranus in aspect to any planet. But I do have it by midpoint i.e Moon/Ura=Sun & Mer/Ura=Sun. I find that I can have these outrageous ideas that I want to share with someone etc. But looking through my phonebook, there are only two people who seem to understand.

One has Aqua Sun,Mars-Uranus,Moon-Uranus & Venus in Aqua.

The other has Aqua rising, Moon/Uranus, Mercury/Ura.
