Hmm, it happened to me once, when I was doing some meditation, I messed up something or idk what it was, but there was severe heat around my upper body and my heartbeat was extremely fast( and I could especially feel it when I was lying down) for like 3 days, I wasn't feeling any fear or anxeity tho, so it was weird, but there was a bit of excitement I guess, or shall we call it too much excitement. In my analysis, it was the result of the energy moving upwards too much, especially around the heart chakra and lack of grounding. Is your sibling emotional ?IP: Logged |

I taught them meditation after these issues came to light. And since it couldn't be backed by medical tests, I figured their chart would tell more about it/them eventually. I'm aware of the feeling you described, it happened to me when I first started to balance my chakras. But it's different in this case. Yes they're a bit emotional. And the one having issues, she's the one that expresses herself the least. The other one has more of a "talk about it, laugh about it" approach to things in general. But the second one, she kind of hides her emotions more. IP: Logged |

Have you tried Hara-related meditations ? It takes the energy downwards, and makes one rather calm, can also give one hell of a temper though. Might help her, but I'd rather be careful of doing anything meditation-related without being absolutely sure it ain't a medical condition.IP: Logged | |
