So my housemate is due to give birth any day now. Let’s put your transit skills to the test. Tell me what exact day you think she will give birth based on her charts. T.o.b is correct I want to see if it’ll come true! Will report back.

But my guess is that the day won't matter. What will matter however is that there's symbolic representation of her placements as well as the biological father's placements in the baby's chart.

For example:

My sister had a baby in 2018. She is Sun in Scorpio. Her baby is Moon in 8th.

She has 5th(children)house in Libra.My nephew's Sun is in the 7th.

She has Asc in Gemini. Her baby boy has Moon in Gemini (not in aspect with her Asc)

I don't know the Dad's chart unfortunately.But I am certain there are synchronized placements with his Son there too.

The Draco chart will show this too-particularly with Sun/Moon and Asc.

In my case,I have Draco Asc in Aqua.My Dad has Sun in Aqua natal.

I have Sun in Sag. My Dad has Moon in Sag conj my Sun.

I have Moon in Cancer.Dad has Draco Sun in Cancer conjunct it my natal Moon.

I have Moon in Tau(Draco).Mom has natal Taurus Moon conjunct my Draco Moon.

When I was born, Mom's progressed Sun was conjunct my natal Sun.

My Dad's progressed Sun was in Pisces when I was born. My Sun conjuncts natal Neptune exact.

Look out for patterns.

She has her P.of.Fortune at 22 Aquarius, with Venus 23+.

Full Moon Aquarius 22 on August 15, 12:30 GMT.

Baby's birth is also a medical event chart for the mother.
