Pluto in Cap is currently square my Mars exact... again. I've been feeling so aggressive, ill-tempered, and frustrated lately. I've accidentally been taking out my anger on people I care about and it's p i s s i n g me off even more. The last time this happened was last year and I completely flipped sh*t in front of my classmates in school. I'm not usually a "my way or the highway" kind of person, but I have been lately. It's been very hard to get along with everyone since I've been mad over the smallest things.

I have no clue how to deal with this energy and what I'm supposed to get from this.

If anyone has stories or advice, I'd love to hear it. Thanks!

Is trans Mars in Leo not conjunct anything right now too?Currently Mars in Leo is parallel Uranus in Taurus very tightly by transit.

Pluto squares my natal T-square through Mars. But on the other end is trans Saturn too. Trans Neptune also parallel natal Mars and progressed Moon parallel natal Saturn. I feel tired and am sleeping a lot.

What I find with Pluto is lingering anger. It doesn't take much to set one off and the anger doesn't just "blow over". The result often being fantasizing about total annihilation of the external source of the irritation i.e bomb, burning things down or having the individual fired(if its a person) .

The thing to remember however is that its NOT the outside individual. It is YOU who is bringing the energy from an inner place of hurt to outside. The wound is with YOU.Not the external "source".

Your awareness however is also a start. You need to actively curb it immediately and stop momentum in its tracks i.e.when you feel yourself getting annoyed, sleep, wash the dishes or watch cute dog videos on YouTube.

Yesterday I had a mild episode through the "tiredness" I have been experiencing at the municipal offices. I felt irritable with one of the clerks and I could feel myself in a sort of anger paralysis.Very uncomfortable.

I immediately started a conversation with an elderly lady about why she was there and her issues. They were not very interesting but I could feel my body thaw from the earlier paralysis minutes into the conversation. My mind got distracted. And later I cleaned the attic.

In this transit, be mindful that wherever attention goes, energy will flow more now than ever.So avoid places that inspire bottleneck situations or where you will feel very irritable.

Keep someone positive and calm with you so that you can feed off that energy whenever you can. It'll also stop you from having too much focus on the "outrage" of the moment here and now.

I know how you feel...my day has been like that.

I take VIA rail(Canadian Version of Amtrak) 2 times a week out of Union Station and the attendant that boarded us didn't respect the standard boarding procedure..ie. People that pay for Priority seating go first and etc.

She literally just swung the gate open and let anyone storm inside like charging cattle, I called incompetence on her.

Whats really ironic is I just had an argument with someone about Filipino culture and the average Filipino does take it personally....

Then I read this thread about the transit and I know the OP Solar_Leo_queen is of Filipino descent, how ironic.

FYI among my cousins I'm the only one not to have any kids or be married my sister has 3.

If I don't they'll think i'm bakla but at the same time I don't want to have kids or get married another non-pinoy thing to do.

The good side of this transit is if you have personal things to get done this is a good time to charge right at it.

oh wow DualGemV2, you have Moon/Mars in mutual reception? This is tantamount to a Moon/Mars conjunction in effect(even without the conventional degree aspect between them). So you are already easily irritable(Mars) from a sedentary place(Moon).

I giggled a little at your "incompetence" comment There are two types of people that are most irritated by standard protocol not being followed ; those with planets in 6th and those with planets in 7th.

For 6th, the blame is squarely put on the shoulders of the employees/boss for incompetence. If Mars/Pluto /Mercury is there or Aries/Scorpio/Virgo energyis involved, the anger at the employees by the native is palpable.

If in 7th, the ourage is more on the subsequent anarchy or "barbaric" or disorderly conduct as a result of protocol not being adhered to etc. Libra/7th dislikes animalistic behaviour or people behaving in a manner that is competitive & pushy.

If Mars/Pluto/Moon is in the 7th or Aries ,Scorpio or Cancer is involved, the reaction is often to "push back" when pushed and harder. The attitude being that if others want to behave crazy, then the native will respond likewise(reflection is a 7th house thing)

lol, i get annoyed at 'incompetence' too, (mars-saturn opposition)
but mostly when people are being blatantly inconsiderate to each other , i.e. cutting people off in traffic (you're really gonna cause an accident so you can get one car ahead??) or pushing each other on the subway (wtf are we really this close to cattle?), talking over each other, or in a work situation if someone is lagging and leaves all the work to the rest of the employees, etc.
i got mars in the 1st, uranus/neptune in the 6th square moon.
aries moon scorp venus virgo mars

I'm basically experiencing the same thing. I'm angry, aggressive, frustrated, and a walking bomb of pure rage. I have developed a repetitive, self-destructive cycle of anger, panic, and desperation for relief and my mental health greatly worsened when Saturn was conjunct Pluto earlier this year. This conjunction is square my Mercury in Aries, and, next year, in January 2020, the conjunction will be square my Mercury in Aries yet again. Considering what my problem could be, I can see the treatment process taking several months to even years.

Also, Uranus is transiting my 6th house. It's not wrecking my health, exactly, but it's definitely affecting it in some form. So far, the conjunction to my Venus in Taurus seems to be more of an internal thing. I've been re-evaluating how I experience romantic relationships, how I am in romantic relationships, and, just in general, what I think love means for me and what I value and need in a relationship for it to be healthy. I couldn't get away from the relationship themes of Venus as both the ruler of my 6th house and my 7th house and I want to be capable of giving back to my partner regardless of my many flaws, weaknesses, limitations, and imperfections.

Then there's another layer of this, which is Uranus being conjunct my Venus being part of my anger. My boyfriend has the highest chance of being the person I snap on out of anger and I don't want to do that to him. He's going through so much with both Saturn and Pluto transiting his 1st house, but well, reality doesn't care. If I reach my limit and I can't communicate properly, it could result in a complete breakdown where reason doesn't reach me. I just explode on him in an aggressive stream of unfiltered messages.

And the rest of my anger has to do with politics, which I'm staying away from, but the knowledge of the politics I've already read is still here and so is the climate change awareness. It's all there.

If I look for something to be angry about, sure, I'll find something. Unfortunately, I have gotten angry over seemingly no consciously known reason. It doesn't appear that my anger always comes from a "trigger." This means my anger is sometimes fueled by nothing but whatever is keeping me tired, worn out, and mentally fatigue'd. It's sending me to a professional and straight back into therapy. Good luck to me from me. I'm really not sure what my problem is.

The purpose of astrology is to give you awareness. Now that you are aware of what you are doing, you have within you the power to change things or to deal with them better.

It is entirely within your control how you manage your temper. You can do it. Just do it!

The purpose of this transit is generally twofold:

1. to get you to recognize sublimated aggression or anger that is already there.

2. to get you to revitalize your energies in such a way that you stand up for yourself if you have not been, or reinvigorate your passions in life by finding out what is worth fighting for.

With Pluto you always have to dig deeper. You may not understand the lessons except in retrospect once the transit is fully over.

Yeah no I'm not offended at all if anyone talks to me about my culture. Frankly, it could use some work and my people need to learn class and social etiquette (my Libra mars talking smh 🤦🏻‍♀️ )

Anyway in regards to the transit, I have been going to the gym now every time before I go to work. It did give me lots more energy than my natal Mars-Jupiter trine. But I also come home feeling so exhausted and irritable. I try to calm myself down a little bit when I get home by playing mobile legends 🤣🤣 kinda helps me out a little bit.

Btw I didn't know you lived so close!

I have been feeling like literally stabbing people that annoy me lately or completely destruction of my surroundings when I'm angry.

Mars isn't conjunct anything really, more so opposite my Jupiter, so this doesn't affect me that much.

I hate that anger paralysis thing you're talking about since I've had to do that all my life. When I was younger, my little sister would p i s s me off and every time I hit her as consequence, I'd get my butt whooped just cause she's the younger one. Even if it was all her fault. And whenever she'd do something bad, my parents would blame it on me cause I'm the older one, I'm supposed to be responsible for her. Which I hate that mentality cause it's literally dumb. They're the parents and they should be responsible for every child. As if I knew any better at that age.

Anyway Pluto is also squaring my Chiron and activating my natal t-square between Mars, Saturn, and Neptune. I wonder if that's why I feel it the most. Mars and Saturn are opposite squared by Neptune.

I just watch a lot of cat videos to kinda defuse myself.
