I'm more interested in intellectual and professional pursuits, than any relationship. At this point in my life, I don't see the purpose of wasting my early Twenties, in a serious relationship that might lead to marriage and children.I have to admit, I have negative zero attraction, to (boys) between the ages of 20-25 years of age. Mature educated professionals, however, who are equally devoted to their health, fitness and nutrition, would keep my attention. Hmm, maybe I'll just stay single until I start my legal studies, at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2022 ------------------ Cancer Rising 2nd House Leo Sun 3rd House Leo Mercury 6th House Sagittarius Moon & Pluto 1st House Cancer Venus & Mars 9th House Pisces Jupiter conjunct MC. How old are you? I wasn't interested in relationships or love until I was 26 or so. I don't think you are alone. IP: Logged |

When you meet the right person, your values about that will change. You will want to be with them, and then you’ll understand what makes cliche—tradition, and vice-versus. Or so that happened with me. But I agree with the autonomy bit. Outside or after the relationship I don’t care to date or have sex. I’m also a Cancer Rising. Didn’t have my first serious relationship until the person literally landed in my lap, never had to lift a finger to have commitment with someone - and I think this might be more of what you’re on about with “not dating”: when it happens it happens. Since Saturn rules your 7th house, mind sharing where that is? Mines in the 9th, and love took me abroad.Hypatia, my vertex is in the fifth house. Wonder what you think about vertex for Leo’s inquery. Erica, also right about the age 26. You’ll probably get into a relationship before then, but not until around 26 will you start to take it seriously. IP: Logged |

Contrary to popular belief I find people with Cancer placements either desperately wanting a relationship or strongly against it...that and they were severely mauled from being one and have a hard time ever going back.I think the more independent signs are less likely to get in a relationship. If they find someone that meets all the check boxes great, if not who cares they can carry on without needing someone. I personally think people are crazy and anyone can make up some allegation about there partner...so I won't be at a loss by not being in a relationship... quote: Originally posted by Leo-Cancer98: I start my legal studies, at a Top Canadian Law School in 2022
That is unless they go on strike in 2022.. .every 3-4yrs there is a strike or some kind of disruption. I started marking my Calendar after the 2018 strike, lol. That's what I figured otherwise why would you be at York? Either you'd be at Schulich School of Business or Osgoode Faculty Of Law the two best departments at York. To bad I coudn't say the same for Lassonde Engineering and Staceie Science, both faculties are mixed bagged. I've yet to bump into you at York Lanes. I understand if you are genuinely not interested in relationships; why bother if it’s not on the forefront of you mind, let’s not force it.But if it’s because you are consciously pushing it out because you think it’s a waste of time, then that’s a shame. Think if all those lessons, experiences of gaining and losing love that you are missing out on. They mould you as a person, ready for the right person. These make you grow as a person, which help others grow too. IP: Logged |

No, you're not the only one that feels that way.I think we place too much emphasis on the other and not enough on ourselves. It kind of sounds like you're doing the smart thing and prioritizing yourself and your goals over everything else right now. If that's what you need to do, then kudos to you for taking those steps. I wasn't worried at your age, either. I still prefer to be single, than dating "just because". I think both being single, and dating/being in a relationship, have their advantages and disadvantages. It can be be really nice, and fun, to flirt, or have reciprocated feelings. It can also feel good to clear your head of anything like that. I used to both love and hate having crushes, because it would be all I could think about, and would give me panicky feelings around said person. It can give your life some extra sparkle when it feels good. Or another person can leave you feeling crushed. You should do whatever is right for you. I was never into the older men/professor thing. I thought they should know better than to hook up with women so much younger, and didn't appreciate women their own age. Their peers. They don't always get better with age, some just treat younger women better (but treat their peers no better than those younger men do). IP: Logged |

There is a difference between putting yourself and your career first and having no interest at all in romance and relationships.Some people are not feelers nor romantic nor compassionate and kind of numb and dont feel the range of emotions most people do. There are sociopaths, they don't have a strong need to connect with others. I am not saying this is your case. IP: Logged |

I have Asc and moon in cancer and have never been interested in a rl until I met my bf who I have a long distance rl with. I wasn't burned or anything before by a rl, I just didn't want to be in one. Many people with Cancer placement are actually quite independent and tend to lead quite a reclusive life. I actually think the more outgoing signs are the ones who need relationships because as extroverts they need that attention much more than introverted signs like Cancer.

Oh my, hello there! I completely forgot that I've encountered someone on Lindaland who goes to my school, haha. I'm currently taking a much-needed 4 (or 8, tbh) month sabbatical to prioritize work, fitness, and studying for 2020's Law School Admission Test {with LSAT Max Intensive Prep Pro}; therefore, we will see each-other upon my return to campus in 2020! What Year are you in? I'd be a 4th Year in September, but due to the academic-break, I'm technically a 3rd Year one.

I've always found people with Cancer placements more insecure then on average. My Planets ========================================= ☉‘ ♊, ☽ ♈, ASC ♑, ☿ ♊, ¡÷ ♉, ¡ö ♋ , ♃ ♒, ♄ ♏, ♅ ♐, ♆ ♑ IP: Logged |

I'm a 4th year in computer science, I'm always open to saying hello if I bump into you. But..I'm busy working on my Capstone/ Honours project, trying to add more to my gitHub account and i'm reviewing everything I learned from second year. I use the SLC at Ryerson, Scott and Stacie Science libraries at York when I need to get away... When I moved back to Tdot I had the choice of either: a) Arbnb/Dorm until I finish my degree at my home university which is located far away from Toronto. or b)Try to complete the equivalent courses for my degree as a visiting student at York and Ryerson which are closer to home. I choose B, So thats why I have valid student accounts with both schools. For the exception of my Capstone which I need to do at my home university I'm expecting to finish my remaining math courses I need at York. Absolutely 0.... With a mind set like that your sure to avoid someone your age with psychological, social and mental credentials u look for. Ur not the only person ur age with that ambition. Unless you live in a very small city. Like wise you could assist ones trajectory past there individual potential and your own as well. IP: Logged |

Hypatia, my vertex is in the fifth house. Wonder what you think about vertex for Leo’s inquery.
I have vertex in LEO in the 8th, karma in Leo in the 8th and Eros in LEO in the 8th. I feel with the vertex set up like that I was destined to experience romance to its fullest most intense possible capacity (add venus conjunct mars in leo in the 8th to that). I was destined to fall in love completely all the way. If there is one person in my life I felt destiny definitely put in my path was my ex whom I felt in love with all my soul. I think with vertex in leo you are suppose to experience romance in this life and express your emotions without reservation and the creative fun side of life and this is all part of your destiny and why you are here, in my case it falls in the 8th so is more complicated and adds a lot of intensity. In my case because of these romances I was able to work through my fears and integrate my shadow side and learn the art of letting go. I am meant to learn about dealing with endings and heartbreak in the context of romance too bc it falls in my 8th. I don't know why this is part of my destiny but it very much is. With the anti-vertex in aquarius maybe in past lives I had a compulsion to end relationships erratically or do this back and forth stuff (break up, get back together etc) and not really grief the loss of the romance and move on like if nothing but in this life I am suppose to learn to grief and let go properly (e.g. feel the pain fully and not dissociate) and learn to end things clear cut and with grace or learn to take break ups seriously maybe and understand that if I end something that person will not return and it will damage our connection and lead to a lot of pain but without going to the other extreme of fearing initiating break ups because you fear hurting the other so you stay in the relationship out of fear. I don't know were your vertex is, you just mentioned is in the 5th so it may play out differently for you depending on the sign. I would think that vertex in Aquarius has a total different destiny than vertex in Leo though and they are suppose to learn about detachment and involvement in a less personal way, coming together with others to reach a common goal.
