Topic: Guess my rising sign? (I'm unsure)

Hey everyone. So, for the past several years since I've gotten into astrology I've known myself to be a scorpio rising because of a little ceramic foot from the hospital that has my birth time on it (not official birth certificate, but pretty solid nonetheless).However, my dad could swear that I was born in the morning and finds the birth time strange, but he isn't entirely sure either. I do my own divination via tarot, pendulum etc. And I also have a dice that has all the zodiac signs on it. When I ask what my ascendant is, cancer comes through almost every time, with pisces a few times. I'm not sure if this has to do with the transits or what not as I'm no expert on this. But let me know what you guys think my rising is. I do identify very strongly with scorpio in all ways so I'm unsure. Thank you! Here's the photo if I'm doing this right:

No matter what anybody says, these things are impossible to determine with just a photo. To properly determine someone's ascendant, you need to know their chart, their childhood upbringing, their habits and limitations, their dating history. The ascendant doesn't just govern appearance. In fact, it's not even the main determining factor in appearance. It governs your entire life path.

Sunshinedragon.. Didn't you ask this question before? You had another picture around a year ago, in 2018. I really like the color of your hair in this picture in 2019. You're a very pretty woman. Do you model? You had left a copy of your chart back then too. Had a Scorpio Rising ~~17? and Pluto on the Asc.
haha. ULT12  You might go ahead and trust what the hospital wrote. Clocks got more accurate with computer syncs.

I agree with this. Most times I guess the Moon/Sun or Mars/Venus sign-hardly ever the Asc. With that being said however, is there a Cap/Virgo energy in the mix in your chart? Maybe personal planets?

Agreed. I posted a picture here once and not a single person guessed my ASC (or any sign pertaining to my Sun/Moon). Major events happening to the native throughout their life are usually what's used to rectify an ASC - transits hitting certain points in the natal IP: Logged |

Transits and progressions, actually, and only within specific orb parameters (progressions) and if their declinations are included. But there must first be a solid basis within a narrowed (30°) range for looking. What I see in sunshinedragon's eyes is a darker ring around the edge of the iris and pretty tight and bright fiber lines within it, an indication of a strong constitution that makes Scorpio/Pluto rising opposite Sun very plausible. Also, sunshinedragon, your overall demeanor in this photo practically reeks of Plutonic/Scorpionic impression strengthened by fire. Only a chart with Asc in Cancer closely conjunct Mars would rival the one linked by mirage29 for that. If you want this resolved once and for all I can do that. Ah I guessed Scorpio rising without even reading your op. I think appearance wise it seems pretty accurate. So maybe the hospital is correct. You don’t have a birth certificate? What about your mom what time does she think you were born? Maybe that can help.
It’s really impossible for people to guess the asc correctly, especially through a picture. Like for instance, me, most of the time people would guess my rising as Scorpio, Sagittarius or Libra. But Im actually an Aquarius rising and most people don’t guess that correctly. So it’s pretty hard to tell through a picture.
If you have a Scorpio rising does the rest of your chart make sense to you? That’s another way to find out.
