Topic: Venus Square North Node.. is it hard to express feelings?

My partner has this in his natal chart and he has a hard time ever expressing how he feels. He will try to avoid it most of the time. Does anyone with this aspect deal with this same issue? IP: Logged |

It could certainly heighten the feelings of insecurity or focus the native on issues relating to love/self esteem and relating.North node is linked to Saturn in esoteric astrology. The South Node to Mars. So I would imagine planets attached to N.Node suggest difficulty in expression? In Draconic, your partner has Venus on the the cardinal point of Aries. I agree that it would cause difficulty in expressing the planets energy which for him is affection and love. And I'm the type of person who likes reassurance or expressing how one feel so it can be difficult being with someone who doesn't.

I have moon opposite mercury and both are square my nodes. Do you find I have difficulty expressing myself? Why don't you post his chart and include asteroid Dejanira 157 in there and asteroid Echo? Thanks. IP: Logged |

I have Venus in Aquarius square North Node in Scorpio and I can't show how much I love someone. It's hard for me. I'm sure that many people think that I don't care about anything or that I don't feel anything, I've been told and I seem cold.IP: Logged |

I have it conjunct the SN, with Mars square, and it can be. My Moon is conjunct the SN, too. If I get all into my feelings, I can express myself through writing, but I freeze when it comes to face-to-face, or until I'm really feeling pushed, happy, or devastated. IP: Logged |

My Venus is conjunct south node and ASC in Leo opposite Aquarius north node, but is 1 degree into the 12th house so this could be why? Not Retro. My moon is conjunct sun at the end of the 1st house and square Mars in 10th house - all tight orbs. IP: Logged |

Fear of expressing feelings would more be Moon in the 12th. Fear of expressing love could be Venus in the 12th or Venus retro. Saturn aspecting things can make this happen too. The NN is more a point of life purpose.------------------

I agree the Venus placement is more important. Does he have Saturn aspecting Mercury? I have this, and expressing myself verbally always feels like I'm about to climb Mt. Everest only to fall off at the first summit. IP: Logged |

I have this aspect in my natal chart.
But my venus is in Saggitarius, so I don't think I have any problem in expressing my feelings.
I think this aspect means that all venus related things are of karmic nature, hard in this case, since it is a square. IP: Logged |
