My friend is having a difficult time right now. His car has been broken into on two different occasions. Is there anything in his chart that indicates why he is having a hard time right now? Maybe he just has bad luck in general.

In my experience, the answer to your question is yes. My boyfriend currently has both Saturn and Pluto transiting his 1st house and he can't seem to get a break. He's dealing with so much.

Capricorn rules your friend's 2nd house so this time in his life could be financially demanding.

I experienced many hardships when Saturn and Pluto transited my 1st house, but they separately transited my 1st house, so I can't imagine what it's like for both these planets to be transiting someone's 1st house at the same time. Regardless, these transits were still difficult for me.

I currently have this transit, including the return of saturn, including pluto on my saturn ... and both in the ASC.

I do not really know if it is because my pluto and saturn are dominant in my natal chart and both are well aspected natally, but my life is filling with colors, that is, it began to make sense.

Actually my 28 years old were dark, depressive and full of insecurity, but this transit is like being born again.

So, the issue here is not the material is the problem .. house 1 with these transits should be a stage of deep self-observation and start building a solid base.

The pain and bad being should be for the reasons in which to change one has to admit the mistakes of the past and when you recognize them, you feel guilt or shame.

Another source of pain is that you will have to let go to advance.

sorry for my bad english

Yes, absolutely. Saturn & Pluto in combined transit -- especially through the first house -- are the biggest indicators of times of hardship of all transits. Together, these planets force internal development through limited means or limiting circumstances, material setbacks, opposition, etc.

In fact, in some charts like with those that have Asc in the second half of Capricorn, Saturn & Pluto began transiting parallel the Asc (or contra-parallel Asc in second half of Cancer) well before it entered the 1st house. So such transits often make more sense when the declinations are included.

In the case of your friend's chart here, the effects of Saturn & Pluto are more pronounced because:

(a) they've been squaring his natal Mercury, and will square natal Uranus. The transit to natal Mercury relates to issues with transportation and communication, which has implications for employment (10th house); Mercury and 3rd house relate to vehicles of transport and communication of all types.

(b) they're parallel his natal Moon +/- 22.5° south declination (or have been or will be soon, depending on Moon's actual topocentric position). That of course is an especially hard time emotionally. Remind your friend things aren't as bad as they feel right now and this too shall pass.

Plus he's got Neptune now in the 3rd house of this chart opposite Venus and squaring his natal Moon.

naw i don't think so

i'm a cap stellium with this going on for me

if you saturn and pluto on yourself you'll be fine, i've had no problems .. hell my life actually is getting better thank you god

unless he's shirking his responsibilities or maturation process (transformation)

that jupiter transit 12th house is protective
saturn/pluto is transformative and maturing - undertaking more responsibility, and 'growing up' which does lead to more freedom ultimately (why i love it and don't mind it)

so honestly, naw. it's just a blip in the matrix. it happens

It can be difficult. It forces you to make changes much like a Saturn Return. I have both transiting my first house and the first half of this year was horrible (I nearly died). Once I made a huge change, then life has become pleasant.
