I’m up at 4:30AM every single day, ready to lift at the gym by 5:00AM, with endless mental and physical stamina to power through the work-day, and go to bed at 9:30PM.

Yeah my brother has it, back in childhood he used to shout from morning till night and not get a bloody sore throat.

I have sh!tload of energy too and the credit goes to Mars/Jupiter in my case, perhaps.

My brother has mars in cap in the first house conjuncting his ascendant (less than 1 degree orb) but he's really not like that. Could be the fact that his mars is in retrograde though.

Cap Mars with Mars 9 deg from Asc here.
I’m not full of energy like described above! But I used to run very fast when I was younger and can have good stamina when setting my mind to really do something. Capricorn tones it down a lot.
