Parallels are interpreted as conjunctions are: a fusion of energies of the two planets.

Moon conjunct/parallel Uranus pairs the inner subjective feeling principle in fusion with the principle of the higher mind and liberation. So there is a basic restlessness to know -- but through internal feeling certainties, eureka moments and flashes of realization. There is a broader feeling of reception to others and life generally. It is important for you to learn the power of words to wield them with finesse rather than as blunt objects for revealing motives. There is a tendency to be more than just cautious or skeptical, but concerned unnecessarily at times with the motives of others (suspicion) -- because you do look deeper into things.
