Are you certain about the time of birth? Just asking since the Moon could be changing signs depending on the hour.
Anyway (looks like you are asking about a guy) it looks like with both Moon and Venus in air signs he enjoys intellectual stimulation conversations, not too much intensity or clinginess (unless Mars goes against this). Venus square Uranus can emphasize this more. I can’t see the degrees very well on the chart for some reason, but looks like there could be a Venus Pluto trine that likes some passion too.
Being a nice, fair person with an open mind towards other cultures and way of living might be something they like. Mars in Cancer could be some moodiness and being a bit emotional at times. But also a sensitivity and sweetness.

Is the birthtime correct? I think whether his moon sign being in Virgo or Libra may change a lot of things. If he’s a guy the moon amd venus is the type of woman he likes or wants. Ive known many Virgo moon men who really like wise and mature women. Libra moon men combined with Aquarius venus, might like someone they can communicate well with an an intelligent woman that isn’t too needy. But again it depends on what sign his moon is in! I tend to fall for guys with Virgo moons amd they always seem to like more simple girls or girls that are knowledgeable. His chart seems nice, if it is in Virgo because Cancer mars men are really nice too, but that’s just my personal opinion lol
