Topic: How you relieve stress

It is a MUST for me to relieve stress physically. Usually by cleaning, or vigorous work. I have moon, Pluto, Mars, and Saturn in the 6H scorpio and a lot of excess energy is let out in this area. I've noticed as soon as something upsets me I go straight to cleaning the floors for some weird reason and then I light a candle/incense. If I'm in a situation where I can't clean (that's my #1) or go to work (I'm on my feet all day moving constantly at my job) then whoever or whatever is pushing my buttons will catch the hell end of my moon/Pluto conjuction. It's imperative that I shut down emotionally and mentally and expel my frustrations before I try to tackle any problem and find a solution.Do you let go of stress in the house your moon is in or where you have the most energy focused in? I have a stellium in the 12H too but for me, being alone and meditating is kind of like my reward after the fact instead of where I go to fix anything. That's all my 6H. IP: Logged |

When Im stressed I’ll usually cry lol it depends on what Im stressing about though. Like it takes a lot to stress me out, when it comes to work or schoolwork. I usually stay composed about that stuff and things like that dont get to me much. That’s probably why people around me deam me as so non chalant and “slow”. I run late a lot and people in my family make fun of me because I seem so careless about the fact Im running late because I don’t look like a nervous wreck. But I get nervous trust me lol they think I don’t. It’s just that I see something like being late or having a lot of work as something petty for me to get stressed about. When Im sleepy though that’s a whole other story. I need a lot of rest in between or else I will get frustrated and want to cry. But if my family is bugging me or stressing me out. My stress relief is to cry, and separate myself from everyone. Almost all my emotional outburst I spend in my room, pacing giving myself a pep talk. Like talking to myself lol I let it out and cry. And then after as a reward, kind of like what you do after you cleaned, I’ll listen to music. I maladaptive daydream so listening to music is what I do for fun to lift my mood. I have a stellium in the 12th house, including my moon so yeah I think those things ring true for me where I focus my energy. We 12th housers usually feel most secure when were alone right? I maladaptive daydream as well 😂. That's gotta be a 12H thing. That's where we go to reward ourselves. What sign/is your moon in and what house is the focus of your chart? Crying is a great way to relieve stress, even though that's the last thing I do lol. If I'm crying, something is terribly wrong and like you, no one knows when I'm really nervous or stressed. They all see me as the rock of the family, until they've pushed me to far. IP: Logged |

Yes I think it's a 12th house thing! Another user on here also has 12th house placements as well I think, and he is also a maladaptive daydreamer. What sign is your moon in? and is it in the 12th house?Im not sure what house is most prominent in my chart because I have 2 house stellium haha 4 planets in the 12th and 4 in the 1st house. I have Aquarius moon in the 12th house, and Aqua rising. The ruler of Aqua, Uranus, is in the 12th house so I suppose my 12th house kind of rules my chart? I definitely feel it the most. Yeah I think 12th housers are good at hiding their emotions. People kind of make assumptions about us and think we don't have anything going on but there's a lot going on. Im not sure if you have the same problem where people underestimate you lol it might be the 12th house or maybe Aquarius or Pisces Im not sure. But yeah crying is really a great stress relief. A good cry makes me feel a bit better hehe

It takes a lot to upset me or make me feel stressed in the first place. I guess because I tend to be very in the moment... I don't worry much about what's already happened or what's going to happen. When I do feel stressed I tend to escape into books or artistic expression. Or ASMR. Anything that will shut down the mental hamster wheel. I have Moon in Virgo 12th. Otherwise I'm 3rd and 9th house dominant. I have Sun and Chiron in Gemini 9th, with Mars and Mercury also in the 9th but in Cancer and conjunct Midheaven. Saturn and Uranus in Sagittarius 3rd house, with Neptune also in the 3rd but in Capricorn and conjunct the IC. IP: Logged |

Methods to relieve stress:1: Gym 2: RX pills 3: solitude And to clarify stress. People make me stressed. MY life or what I’ve done or what I’m supposed to do, doesn’t.
