I know many people are going to say "Virgo" placements. But OCD is not about "order, symmetry, or cleanliness". I mean the true definition of OCD. Not many people know much about it. So for those who aren't familiar with OCD. Obsessive Compulsive disorder, has two main components. Obsession and Compulsions. Usually obsessions lead to compulsions, but some people just have pure 'obsessions'. These obsessions are NOT desired. They are accompanied by unwanted thoughts. People with OCD tend to think about the darkest and worst case scenarios and fear that it will happen or that it's true. Most commonly known one is contamination OCD, but there are so many forms of OCD that take over the natives life. Fears and doubts and even delusions cloud them. It causes anxiety and even depression. It something very awful and it's a spiral affect that you can't get out of. Your greatest fears on your mind constantly, lead you to overthink things about it, then lead to compulsions because the sufferer feels like if they touch or do something a certain way, the thought will go away or not happen. "Step on a crack you break your mother's back" OCD sufferers take that very seriously. You can say OCD people are pretty superstitious. Avoidance behavior is very common because they fear anything they feel related to that thought just be avoided at all times to keep it away. An example is man who feared he might be a pedophile. In actuality he wouldn't ever want to hurt a child, but he despises and fears the idea of being one that he started to wonder "What if I am?" then to reassure himself he would brush it off by trying to prove to himself he isn't by thinking about the thoughts and "checking" to reassure himself he feels nothing from it. But it doesn't always help because then it can cause your mind to play tricks on you and truly make it seem like these doubts might actually be real but it isn't. I don't know if Im making sense Im not good at explaining things lol

Sorry for the long explanation, I just thought I'd give someone insight in case someone isn't familiar with the non mainstream OCD and what it really consists of.

With that being said what placements do you think would indicate this in a natal chart? Is there anything that can indicate this?

Moon conjunct Pluto in the 6H scorpio opposite mercury in Aries 12H. I was diagnosed with OCD in my mid twenties. Pluto opposite mercury has all it needs to become an obsessive mind then add the moon and it's tied to your emotional security. Being in the 6H ties it to my routine and schedule and for me, food. I HAVE to keep a tight balance on my physical and emotional energies and be hyper aware of myself and my habits, especially eating habits, or they will turn into compulsions or lack there of. I've been diagnosed with anorexia as well. Hunger is a trigger for me but it's also my comfort feeling. Not a lot of people understand anorexia as a compulsory disorder but it is. Not eating is a compulsion for me.

Chiron be connected to OCD, although OCD is a symptom of trauma or an 'out of control' phase of life quite often, so it's not necessarily one configuration. The cause, if identifiable, can help us to understand it better.

On this basis we could attribute Pluto, Saturn and Neptune in some way to it also. I use Chiron as ruler of Virgo and it definitely figures in anorexia in most cases. OCD is a similar manifestation of control but lacks the 'self loathing' that often is indicated with anorexia and fits the feeling of being 'unclean' that Chiron bring.

Clean-based OCD is often Chiron based, but repetition can be more obsessive, fear of germs can be Neptune and the need for order and things to be straight can be Saturn.
