No one astrological factor makes someone selfless. However, Moon conjunct Jupiter shows the emotional nature is open and expansive, generally more aware of a wider array of influences from the larger world and they are felt. in the 12th house this tends to be more subconscious in how it affects the person and is a rising influence that has passed out of the phase of personal-subjective and into the arena of shared subconscious. So there is the suggestion of a reduced ego associated with Moon conjunct Jupiter in the 12th. Adolf Hitler had Moon conjunct Jupiter (in Capricorn in the 3rd house). Moon-Jupiter conjunctions can show you take more things personally and respond to more, and are willing to invest of yourself to grow, but there's no guarantee that will be beneficial or positive as you can see from his life. ------------------
