Good for you. Just know it will take persistence and time. Just use texts that interpret conjunctions to understand parallels, and opposition interpretations to understand contra-parallels.Thanks for your interest, but I don't give priority to arabic parts or asteroids. I only track Chiron in every chart -- and it isn't listed here. So I will comment only on the planets.
In the first cluster with the Sun the question is whether 1.6° is too wide to consider them parallel. I tend to think 1.5° is the very maximum in theory, so I don't interpret them as a parallel, but work with around 1° or a bit more. Sun 1.5° from exact parallel with Jupiter is more likely in range in theory because of Jupiter's size and impact along with Sun's. But in my practice I would not interpret them as parallel. I have seen enough evidence to convince me that planets/points a bit over 1° apart in declination are in parallel, but I don't regularly interpret those 1.5° part as in parallel unless one of them is the Moon and the Moon position is calculated with the topocentric method.
In the second group I see no parallels between Saturn and other planets. Mars is definitely parallel Neptune: interpret as you would a conjunction or use rely on texts that do so. The principle here is that Mars's energy is colored in a cerebral/creative way with its parallel to Neptune so that the energy of the sympathetic (active) nervous system is in sync with the imaginative mind in such a way as to enrich sensory experience and interactive creativity. This is an ego reducing aspect so the tendency of Mars towards anger and me-ism is being modified over your life time by the principle of the higher octave of Venus (beauty, creativity, compassion).
I'm not commenting on house cusps as part of this because it is my experience that taken as-is they are usually not accurate enough for the narrow orbs of declination aspects to assume we can know which ones are really there. With your Asc at either 9° Gemini or 20° Cancer you'll want to be sure you match up with the real personality characteristics of the rising sign and degree of Asc before you approach certainty of your house cusps.
The True Node and Mean Node don't get consideration as an aspect because they are different ways of calculating the same thing.
