I think a person who takes marriage seriously will delay it because there is emphasis on not wanting to make a "mistake" etc.

Cap/Saturn takes things seriously and so naturally when on the "love indicators", there would be delays or extreme caution therein

Obviously there are many people with the above placements.But the idea is to look for overlaps and many synchronicities.

This does not mean one will NEVER be in any type of commitment etc. But there will be delays,trepidation or resistance in going in haphazardly.This especially when they are easily happy to go without.

My bf is 38 and his saturn is conjunct jupiter (ruler of his sun) in libra (2H) opposite his moon in Aries 8H
Uranus (ruler of his descendant) exactly conjunct venus (ruler of his MC) in scorpio 4H
We pretty much agree to go very slowly and we both take this relationship very seriously.
