reception with Saturn in Pisces

Neptune conjuncts UrAnus
Saturn conjuncts Sun, Mercury and Venus in Pisces.

Neptune in 3rd
Saturn in 4th along with the rest of the
bunch, except Venus which is on the 5th House Cusp.

(ii) Uranus ruling Mars in Aqua, would the
mutual reception affect Uranus too in a way?
