Hi everyone! After a quite long period of absence, I want to get back to astrology videos!

The one I really wanted to share: Mars-Jupiter hard aspects in the natal chart. Please check it out! I don't have the hard aspect myself, so if there's anything I missed, let me know!

^ lol - "clean only"

Like if I feel like an alley is haunted and I might see something or be in any form of contact with something I'm not supposed to be in contact with, I usually walk through it, unless I'm damn exhausted that day. I feel like, if I have the urge to walk through it, and I do not, it will kill the courage within me, like fear becomes the motive for my actions, it affects even the other areas I've found, if I feel the urge to do something I fear doing but do not, like I become caught in this pattern of resisting the urge to do anything that I fear doing.

^ yeah I laughed at that.

But woww that sounds like that's a huge challenge... like in wanting to compete with fear/fear of missing out?

I can see it in that with Saturn can make people not do things out of fear, so then Jupiter actually does the opposite. Does that work?

Yes Mes

Jupiter is expansive and in squares TOO expansive such as too much risk taking.

I have Virgo Mars conjunct Virgo Jupiter, with Cap Sun Merc conjunction trine same, and 5th House Sag Neptune square same. Leo Rising/Sun chart ruler.

In some ways I've grown to become fearless (though in others, I can be scared as the smallest child, especially in the sense of rejection by others). There is a passion, a zest, an intense energy and vitality beneath the stoic, grounded, and still Earth. A lot of this gets channeled mentally and energetically, and some physically when needed. There is at times a tremendous creative drive and expression, and a very intuitively and big, holistic picture informed one.

For me, it relates a lot to my sexual nature and deeper life philosophies since Jupiter rules the 5th and co rules the 8th, and the Mars Jupiter conjunction is involved with a square to Sag Neptune in the 5th and is the modern ruler of the 8th. And Mars rules the 9th and co-rules the IC/4th.

In some ways, I'm more wired like a archetypal female when it comes to sex, and besides emotions, I also link it strongly to spirituality and energetic connection. I can never truly separate sexual experience from these deeper aspects.

I'm very tuned into the partner on some deep levels, and I care very much about the other person's pleasure--in some ways more than my own, and the more pleasure they feel and experience, the more I feel and experience. One might call this a sort of selfish givingness, and fairly balanced between the Yin and Yang, but slight emphasis on the Yin.

It's a very good and wise thing that my Soul chose to be born in a slightly shorter than average body, and under the Sign of Capricorn with Virgo strong, because if I had been born with a tall body (and especially if also endowed beyond the average), and didn't have the self control and spiritual ideals that I have, I know I could easily get lost in becoming a Don Juan type. Because the problem with Jupiter and Neptune comes a greater universality, as well as a tendency towards excess and exaggeration.

There is a part of self that can be and wants to become a woman's fantasy. I've gotten involved in sexual situations before where it was less about me and my desires and more about feeling it was helpful more to the other person.

An example, I became involved with an older woman in a loveless marriage where they were together only for the children (one of whom has severe disabilities). While I felt some holistic attraction to her (and very past life based), it was almost like it was energetic healing/spiritual service thing. She had spent so long feeling unwanted, undesired, and repressed. After our brief connection, she told me that I had awakened in her some very deep passions and life, and she ended up making a lot of major positive life changes and oddly, her relationship with her husband improved on the platonic, every day interaction level at least. (I had also listened to her a lot and counselled her some in relation to their relationship, and tried to get her to see the positive side of him more, beyond his outer lack/show of empathy).

p.s. there is part of me that could just as easily become fully and completely celibate. During rare cycles of meditating a lot consistently and deeply, I've completely lost the drive and focus, but felt so alive and good that I didn't miss it whatsoever. I don't keep these up because I'm with a partner who isn't in that space and not yet interested in walking that path with me.

I think its a very good placement actually, lot of athletes have Mars in Cancer, especially team sports that involve lot of chaos and emotions, its like Mars in Cancer is so used to feeling it all on daily basis, that when they feel it there in the moment, its like just another day for a Mars in Cancer , unlike what might be for rest of the Mars placements. Kinda like if u face chaos all the time inside you, when you face it outside, I mean you sorta are used to it. Michael Jordan said it best " When the game comes, its nothing I've not really practiced before, you know whatever happens in the game now, okay I've done this before." He has his sidereal Mars in Cancer.

I think its more of the adrenaline rush too maybe, I'm a bit of an adrenaline junkie I'd say, but yeah it could also be something like exploring beyond the "boundaries" and the limits, hence its good for religious pursuits too perhaps.

Oh, I have something like that sometimes too, but I have only Sesquisquare Mars/Jupiter. I thought it's my Mars/ Uranus square does it.
Now I imagine how much more fun my life would be if I had whole square with Jupiter, especially with my Uranus square 😀🙈

I can definitely see the religious thing happening, too! Like with them putting their drive into that. Guess that is beyond boundaries of earth.

Yeah the adrenaline thing I get too. The thrill about doing something that can be risky, maybe also to see if you can do it?

Hope it's fine if I answer too, ha, but I can see it go either way? Either it really emphasises the more sensitive side, avoiding conflict of Mars in Cancer, or it does give them a bit of a confidence boost to fight. Especially towards family/their people being treated badly.

Jupiter enlarges and expands what it touches so the Cancer Mars would be a stronger kind of Cancer Mars.

One can think of Jupiter's energy as like being a blend of about 55% Sagittarius to 45% Pisces (or 60/40?) or so.

Jupiter is a little softer, deeper, more spiritually centered, more feeling oriented and more Yin balanced than Sagittarius, but more fiery, active, exploratory, and Yang than Pisces.

In color terms, what I get is that Sagittarius is like a medium reddish tinged purple (near a magenta type shade), Pisces is a true violet, and Jupiter is like a royal purple. The difference between all 3 is the balance of the red to the blue ratio, as well as the depth of the color. Sagittarius is a bit redder and lighter than Jupiter and in turn Jupiter is a bit redder than Pisces.

Wouldn't necessarily agree. My Mars is in Cancer too... First when it comes to protecting people there's no such thing as danger, I find my actions are totally not in sync with my nature, in as I'd act in ways I never would if say it was myself I'd have to protect instead (not specifically dangerous situations, even to protect their sensitivity or whatever).

But even if not, if I feel like I'm in a position of danger I definitely don't hide. I'll make sure to face it. (referring to actual danger I'm faced with, not like to face my fear of phobias that's different)

Cancer although it likes to feel safe, it will make sure nothing jeopardizes that safety.

I also realized that Cancer Mars, since it's such a moody sign will be ok doing stuff that makes their Moon feel comfortable. As long as their Moon is satisfied then their Mars could progress in full swing. I'd love to hear more examples though confirming my theory. (e.g. I'll have unsurmountable energy if the stuff I'm pursuing is new, interesting or untapped. Once it becomes predictable it feels almost unbearable and definitely stagnant, something that won't be further explored -- my Mars' dispositor is in Gemini)

My mars in Leo is conjunct my Jupiter in virgo by 3degrees. I think it makes you very all or nothing - the Leo mars adding a certain dramatic flair, while the virgoan Jupiter talks down impulsive desires - but only to a point. If you can get past the virgo sensible-filter, you're on a very fast track.

My son has a much tighter mars-jupiter conjunction (<1deg) in cancer, in the first house. He's always been irresistibly drawn to motorbikes from when he was a baby. And he's very into tattoos. He's 6. Aside from the potential past-life implications (there is literally nobody in our family circles even closely resembling this), I'd say that was a mars-jupiter thing.

It terrifies me. But I also know if I kick too hard against it, he'll rebel further!

I do actually really like the feel of mars-jupiter - but it's scary as a mother.
