example

sun and moon parallel. either of them conjunct a transiting planet by latitude. would the other planet not in aspect by latitude be affected

or is it possible to have a transit where the transiting planet
I believe Kannon went over this I just cant find the post

Not sure what you mean by latitude here. Do you mean longitude (east-west zodiac position)?

I think you'll have to clarify your question, probably with actual declination positions of Sun and Moon.

Really don't know how i posted that mess, but
scratch the scenario all together.


Would a transit to an angle by declination before its conjunction by longitude be considered transiting the house afterwards or would it just be contact to the angle exclusively

ie. Saturn transiting aries at 4 degrees 13 s ic at 15 degrees 13s
