Hey guys! (sorry if I post to the wrong section)

*it gets personal to start but I promise theres a point lmao*

So I'm 20 years old as of a couple months ago and for majority of this year I've been having lots of sexual health issues. Things like having yeast infections (thrush), UTI's (bladder infection), prolonged vaginal pain during intercourse, an STI and getting HPV low risk (not the same as HIV). On top of that I've had at least a dozen trips to the doctors for these things. I've still yet to figure out why I'm having vaginal discomfort during sex and I have my first gynaecologist appointment in a few days (which should have happened months ago). All of these things (ontop of a few other things I haven't mentioned) are making me think there could be something really wrong with my reproductive organs. My family does have a history of these types of cancers.

The astrology point to this (FINALLY!) is I'm wondering if because natally I have mars and chiron conjunct in scorpio in the 8th house if it could be a potential placement for these kinds of issues. It never really occurred to me before that this placement of mine could result in pain on the physical medical side of things.. just because I was always more focused on the abuse side of this aspect.

My Venus (in Leo 5th house) is also square the conjunction.

Anyhow let me know your thoughts!

Hello, I hope you are OK! I trust it was caught early?

Astrologically, Scorpio rules sexual organs in general. The 8th House covers sexual matters and Mars is a sexually charged planet as well.

Chiron is a wounding, so it would make sense to interpret it that way! However, I do not know if Chiron has any direct involvement with Medical Astrology.

Please do look into Medical Astrology for more in-depth explanations relating to health issues.Bob Marks has information here: http://www.bobmarksastrologer.com/MedicalAstrology29.0.htm

Take care!

Wow. Sounds hectic.

Perhaps Mars in Scorpio conj Chiron does contribute? Issues with sexuality, intimacy etc. sounds very 8th house to me.

But I wonder if you have Saturn connected to the 8th house in some way?

All of those health issues would definitely lead to vaginal pain during sex. Have you received treatment for those issues and are they resolved now? If so, then something else is going on if you still have painful intercourse. Have you ever been diagnosed with endometriosis or vaginismus? Pelvic inflammatory disease is another possible issue.

I hope your doctor can get to the bottom of this. I'm sending you prayers for answers and a speedy recovery.

Are you of the generation with Pluto in Scorpio? That generation will be more prone to diseases in the reproductive organs and infetility. If that will be the case for you, must be supported by aspects concering Pluto or Scorpio / 8th house planets. And transits of course.

I actually do have Saturn in taurus (2nd house) opposite mars but by like a 7 degree orb - so idk if that would effect it - but what would you say the effect would be of having Saturn play in the equation?

I feel like im constantly going to the doctors to get something checked out, it feels like I get a yeast infection every month, but I feel like its extra weird to also be getting bladder infections every month :/ (if that's what the problem actually is). I have considered endometriosis and vaginismus but that also seems strange to me going by the information I know about those issues. I haven't had any kinds of these problems since becoming sexually active until this year. My periods have always been pretty smooth sailing (thank god), whereas my sister and my mother both have endometriosis (undiagnosed I think) because they both getting painful heavy periods. I guess what I wonder is can you have endometriosis without having painful periods?
And in the case of vaginismus - can it start happening at any time in your life?

But thanks for prayers my lovely as these issues have been ongoing for months now my doctor has decided to send me to see a gynaecologist.

Yes, Vaginismus can suddenly start to occur even if you've been having sex for 30 years without an issue. This is known as secondary vaginismus (primary is where you have sex for the first time or even use a tampon and you experience pain). If you can insert a tampon or a couple of fingers without any pain, then you probably do not have vaginismus.

Endometriosis is commonly associated with painful periods, but there are many women who suffer from endometriosis and don't experience painful periods. It's a very difficult condition to diagnose properly.

A few key things to keep in mind about sex:

1) Always pee before and after sex. This will prevent many UTIs
2) Since you acquired a yeast infection, it's possible you contracted this from your partner if the yeast infection developed after you started having sex. It may also simply be a coincidence.

Your partner needs to get checked out for any STIs and yeast infections. Do not have sex with him until you have proof from his doctor that he is free of disease. Similarly, don't have sex with him until your doctor says it is safe to do so. Both of you should be symptom-free. Otherwise, you may pass an infection back and forth to each other.

3) Do not use any scented soap/cleansers to wash your genitals. Water is sufficient to clean your vulva.

4) After working out in the gym or swimming, be sure to remove all of your clothing immediately after the activity, shower and change into clean clothes. Damp clothing that touches your genitals will increase your risk of a yeast infection

5) Do NOT douche. Douching is unnecessary and harmful. The vagina is self-cleaning.

6) Eat a lot of Greek yogurt

7) Use a condom

Sat slows things down, puts obstructions on the path or includes complications.

Mars is energy invested in manifesting our wants. It's our drive & spirit. If in the sign of Sco,it tends towards extreme emotions. Add to that, its in its home placement both in sign and house.

It could be that you have a healthy sex drive, you may initiate intimacy and want to get closer, closer and closer with your partner on one hand .

But on the other hand, Mars in Scorpio can be very suspicious, not likely to open up, defensive in associations & accusatory. This especially when infidelity/betrayal starts the momentum or at the very least, the "possibility" of extra-curricula cheating works to undermine emotional closeness.

Saturn oppposing Mars can suggest that you may have to err on the side of caution when it comes to intimacy and/or sex. It could be through assisted sexual intimacy i.e using alternative methods to get the orgasm, to be more conservative in the approach i.e taking pills before sex, making "preparations" before sex or using protection each and every time.

It may even suggest that long periods of abstinence may be necessary to heal after the pain/discomfort of sexual intimacy i.e it negates the sex drive considerably on one hand, can make someone fear/avoid or feel like sex is demanding and a "chore".

But it can also increase frustration and feelings of "woes me!" for the native. This especially when they will not accept that this is their "normal. And perhaps always butting their head on the wall wanting to be "normal" etc.

I now see that Chiron on Mars is pain associated with these obstacles that Saturn instills. You may want sexual intimacy BUT find sex painful/awkward.

Maybe there are smells or odours during sex that increase your self-consciousness and decrease confidence?(sorry for being graphic). Or there is vaginal dryness(especially when Saturn is involved) that requires adhoc lubrication before, during and even after sex to minimize the pain?

Saturn in 8th/Scorpio or in aspect to a planet in the 8th I associate with complications when it comes to sexual intimacy.And it could manifest in a number of way;

Being a virgin because the act of sex terrifies you, seeing sex as something "dirty" or "sinful",taking forever to *** (men) or women who have never had an orgasm. People who detach themselves from sex because it looks "silly", limiting the amount of sex one has monthly(once a month).

Not attracted to many people, self denial or restraining sexual feelings because you have a problem seeing yourself as a sexual being, very limited number of people are "sexy" to you, sexual frustration or repression in the form or sexual orientation being suppressed or repressed.

Erectile dysfunction/impotence(in men), dull or no sensation felt on the clitoris(in women). Shame/fear over contracting sexual diseases in sex and thereby abstaining, trauma(sexual abuse) that make sexual contact difficult, dismembering oneself from the sexual organs for whatever purpose(religious or otherwise), the inability to connect with the partner sexually or them not being able to satisfy you, a sporadic sex drive that consumes one on one hand. But then is gone as fast as it came on the other.

Sex can be risky(increased heart rate and possible death), sex is seen as strictly for procreation, sex is pressure and one feels that they have to "perform" well, porn stars/prostitutes who look at sex as just a "job"

Thank you soo much to everyone who added to this thread

I saw my gyno today and it was a hell of a painful experience (which I wasn't prepared for), but she thinks it's very likely that I have vaginismus.

I have yet to attend a doctors appointment tomorrow with my regular GP for an urgent recall - so there must have been something important that came up in all the tests that I did last week.

Well, I'm glad you finally got a diagnosis. The good news is vaginismus is very treatable. You will be absolutely fine!

Hi, Alludeu

I'm going through something very similar so I feel your pain wholeheartedly. I went to the doctor in March, but did not have the stability or money to get checked out until next week, Nov. 15th. My pap came back abnormal due to some abnormal cells on my cervix. Out of millions of abnormal paps, though, less than 1% are due to cervical cancer. You actually have a better chance of not having it than myself. I'll be 26 on Monday which is childbearing age which is considered the starting window for these complications. You are still fairly young. Let that keep you positive until you get the results. I never had any STIs or major complications, aside from some discomfort and pain during sex within the last 2 years which is where my cause of concern stems from.

I have a Scorpio stellium (Sun, Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Pluto) in the 6th house. My moon is also in the 6th making an almost exact semisquare to Chiron. My Mars in Sagittarius in the 7th also squares Chiron. Chiron is in my 5th house (House of children), to make matters worse. Also, the icing on the cake? Transit Pluto is currently under 1 degree making its 3rd pass on my moon by square. Transit Pluto has been squaring my moon since 2018. I just hope I am able to conceive. I wish you the best of luck and your story brings me some comfort because it made me feel less alone. I hope everything turns out okay.

I have saturn in scorpio and I have a healthy sex drive and get wet very easily down there and have always been this way. I have always enjoyed sex too and everything that leads up to it.

I suppose the only thing would be that I ended up married to someone who has a low sex drive compare to me and who I am not strongly sexually attracted to which means I don't have a lot of sex yes.

All other sexual partners I have had in my life we had similar sex drives and would be intimate every chance we would get, Saturn in scorpio has affected me in that yes it places me in situations were I am not able to have as much sex as I would like but beyond that no issues, I love sex.

I got checked for STIs on July and everything came back good so that means in over a decade I have not had any issues of that nature.

Yeast infections is bc there is PH imbalance in your gut/intestines usually resulting from eating too much sugar, carbs and sweets etc, she just needs to change her diet and eat greek yogurt regularly and less sugar/carbs etc..some fruits and veggies every now and then.

Hi, I'd quite like to see your whole chart, as I've gotten more into medical astrology in recent years and I'm wondering what transits/progressions have triggered these issues.

I'm also wondering what the emotional situation is here. (Hatred of men from abuse in this life or a past life?) Somebody close to me had ovarian cancer and attributes it to childhood abuse and rape in her teens. This kind of pain can lodge in the energy body.

In your case it could be ancestrally passed down as anger from the way your family were treated...does this resonate? Some past life regressions could help here, or simply healing meditations, identifying if there are any blockages causing these problems.

Of course you do indicate that your reproductive organs may have grown in an unusual manner... Obviously the medical experts are your first port of call here.

In terms of bach flower remedies I would recommend Agrimony, Star of Bethlehem and Rock Rose to bring up any pain that you need to deal with. Now is a perfect time with Mercury retrograde in Scorpio also.

Sending reiki vibes~~~~

By the way, with thrush this can be helped with a good diet. And it relates to chiron and the bach flower remedy crab apple.
