This degree is a bad omen. One becomes a burden for one's family, following an accident caused by someone else's carelessness, for instance a hit-and-run drunken driver, or violent external events such as a war injury or a bomb attack. As always, the natal chart must be analysed.

Not sure what this means...maybe my love life will be a disaster?

Can anyone clarify?

I have an applying Venus Pluto trine with 18 minutes separation. I can be detached and distant, but I can also be intense and intensely attached at times. Weird combo. Aquarius is a deeper blue, near or fully indigo type wavelength, and Pluto is a very aubergine. I guess when you mix them you get a sort of violet-purple'ish shade, that has some of the intensity and passion of the red, blending with the bigger picture perspective, acceptance, and greater detachment of the blue.
