I would like to know if a transit such as saturn and pluto transiting the capricorn ASC and natal saturn in capricorn, can be a more positive transit if saturn and pluto natal are well aspected and both are dominant in the natal chart.

Thanks

It can be ... but whether or not it will depends upon what is "promised" in the natal chart.

This is because the Saturn/Pluto that is in transit is not "common to all/everyone". It is "stamped" with whatever natal chart influences were affecting it at the date, time and place of each person's birth.

So ... the current transit of my November 1948 Saturn/Pluto is "asking me questions" that will be very different from the questions being asked by the current transit of (say) a November 1980 Saturn/Pluto.

It may help some to be already very familiar with the energy and patterns of these symbols, but at the same time, Saturn, Pluto, and Capricorn are all innately testing/challenging symbols.

One can think of them as one's Expanded self's tool box kit of if not forcing, then at least "facilitating" core growth and change. And for humans, core growth and change rarely ever comes easy or without some pain. In my experience, combo strong Saturn Pluto transits tend to stir up one's shadow side strongly, besides the outer testing that also often goes on. This is ultimately for the purpose of becoming more conscious of those aspects of self that are normally unconscious.

(I'm a "bad boy", I took a day off today).

Marginally, yes, but only generally speaking. It comes down to how you handle it as the transits are happening. Nothing is guaranteed because of what is in your natal chart. It is not a warranty or a guarantee. The natal chart simply shows patterns you brought in as default settings.

What matters more is a qualitative understanding of the window of opportunity and process Saturn-Pluto (or any other transits) currently offer you. Generally speaking, they deal in serious changes in your self-expression and understanding of yourself, learning to take greater control in your life (and of your identity). It's the growing pains of the hard stuff hitting home that must be taken care of for there to be greater empowerment instead of continuation of patterns that may undercut it.

In your chart Saturn & Pluto aren't merely passing over Asc & Saturn in mid-Capricorn but are transiting more planets in your natal chart:

Pluto (& Saturn) parallel natal Neptune 22S04: this is a continuation of the conjunction to natal Neptune. So the process is not over. Read my article about Pluto conjunct/parallel natal Neptune:
http://kannonmcafee.wordpress.com/2019/07/22/plutos-transit-conjunct-parallel-natal-neptune/ It is very difficult (if not impossible) during this transit period to know what to expect from other astrological influences, because your expectations of life and your personal ideals/vision for living are not yet fully formed. That is what this transit is about.

Same to natal Saturn, which at 22S03 is virtually exactly parallel Neptune: Pluto's part in this will extend far past the period of the conjunction to natal Saturn. Pluto insists on transformation, but Saturn is the part of us that resists change we do not control or rationally understand. The changes come with difficulty because of this resistance. You may actually have to resist a pernicious influence (or one you've despised up to now) from the outside in order to maintain a sense of integrity to your personality ... which eventually must change anyway. Thus it can become a test of endurance to see how strong you really are and where your real strength comes from. Pluto's passion grows your desire to be tenacious and it may be the greatest benefit you get from the process is greater strength and stamina of psyche (which could also benefit your body).

Pluto contra-parallel natal Mars 22N30: this also plays into strength building, but it comes with greater cautions that you not cut corners, act as a saboteur, or unnecessarily engage others in conflict simply because your passions are aroused about some supposed injustice. This transit arouses ambition and the desire to do something worthy and worthwhile. But with Pluto in major transit to both Saturn & Mars in the natal it can be a test of how malicious you are willing to be to get to your perceived objective. It is best to take a looser approach to what you think the objective really is. This is part of the surrender to process of transformation. Because with Pluto transiting natal Neptune you are still in the search for your guiding philosophy and world view. The arousal of default passions and getting them too involved in forming an agenda means the continuation of old patterns, not setting new ones. Pluto transiting natal Mars this way stirs up not just ambition, but competitive urges, urges to dominate or succeed no matter the cost: it tests your ethics. You'll have to learn to handle anger and passion more effectively so that you aren't stirred up or stressed as easily, and come out with a better understanding of your own motivations.

Pluto's (and Saturn's) transit sextile natal Moon also gives some dimension and coloration to the process: it is as much an inner transformation on an emotional level as anything else and this means how you relate to family, women, and the thought-feeling patterns that create your routines and habits. It awakens passion, but gently so that it can actually be easier to see what you feel strongly enough about to commit your time and energies to in your vocation and time away from work.

There will later be another transit by Pluto parallel natal Uranus that will allow some finishing of process that started when Pluto was conjunct natal Uranus a few years ago. These transits in declination to natal Neptune, Saturn, Mars, then Uranus will last many years. They show slow process which is what transformation is. The underlying lesson is of getting in touch with your internal source of power to create outcomes through intention and communicating IN with the latent godself or god seed.
