What aspects/placements point to someone with a lot of anxious energy or even clinical anxiety?

An ill-placed Neptune, or bad aspects involving Pisces or the 12th.

Also, mutable signs feel anxiety more easily, and water and air, depending on where your moon is.

I have anxiety, but I also have nerves of steel if that even makes sense. I get anxious when there's too much energy going on at one time (12H stellium) but I'm not afraid of anyone or anything and when put on the spot I don't back down (moon conjunct Pluto).

My bf has bad anxiety and his sun and mercury are conjunct Neptune in the 5H.

I also have a 12H stellium and suffer from anxiety but I refuse to take pharmaceuticals for it. I noticed its worse when I am around too many people and worse when I moved to a larger city.. Just too much going on around me at once.

I was diagnosed with OCD, an anxiety disorder, and have been taking medication for it. So for a few years now it hasn't been as severe, I hardly experience it now, but the sad thing is I feel like Im in a fog and a part of me doesn't feel like myself anymore. It's like I have to try to numb myself to not let fears overwhelm me. I have a 12th house stellium so as you can imagine I also have nervousness around people.

I have 1st house stellium in Pisces, 12th house stellium in Aquarius

I struggle with anxiety myself. The only stellium in my chart is in the 9th house which I don't think would contribute to this but I do have some not so good aspects involving Saturn in Pisces.

I have anxiety. Moon and sun in 12 house, but they conjunct AS so I think their sextile with Uranus create problems. And probably Virgo Mars square Uranus makes difficult to shut off a train of thoughts and get out of my head.
However, my progressed moon sextile Saturn now, I could feel its soothing effect. I was pretty emotional before so it came right in time. Sometimes, it’s frightening how much power some progressed chart elements can hold 🤔

Anxiety has always been a problem for me. Panic attacks, too. I also have PTSD, which when triggered, brings on panic attacks for me.

I'm not sure what, if anything, in my chart relates to it.
