This next full moon conjuncts my 12th House Gemini South Node. Scoring the net for info on this. Coming up blank because of the wordings resemblance to eclipses and the like... Might one of you have information about these lights? Does it matter? Thanks in advance

Hello!

Why I have the feelings you might have some flashbacks from the past...

with an urge to drift of somewhere unknown will be strong.
finding ways and means to escape the material world...

Good time for some meditation.

Since it will be in your 12th house under the sign of Gemini. A need to know of your past?

what were your experience the past years when the full moon conjuncts your south node?

Have a great day ahead.

The last time the full moon conjunct my south node was in Dec 2016 and it was 4 degrees off. I don’t remember where I was on the date; traveling, or about to travel, back to the States with my then-partner to California to clear out my old storage, then flying across country with him to meet my mom for the first time during the holidays.

My Natal Mercury is exactly square my Nodes so knowledge is typically within effect... Chiron trines the NN. I meditated yesterday, have been yearning to fast (which I now recognize I tend to crave-doing when leading up to eclipses). Was on my third-day-in today but broke it momentarily tonight with an undressed salad to be a kind dinner guest to a family member. I’ll be continuing tomorrow.

I had a long dream last night but didn’t recall it when a phone call interrupted my sleep. I’ll keep this in mind.

"The full moon in Gemini may find you talking yourself into trouble. If in doubt, keep silent." (From Moon Signs, by Sasha Fenton and Jonathan Dee.)

It is in 12th house of "hidden psychological enemies within" - where SN resides in natal chart.

SN in 12th people are "a bottomless well of fretting, with not enough faith in the positive outcome of events ...(and)... must work on building trust so that they can come out of their shell". SN in Gemini people "retain a past-life fear of committing themselves fully to either side for (at least on the superficial level) they see truth and right in both. They still believe that a definite commitment to one side will leave them with the feeling of missing the opportunity inherent in the other.** (From Karmic Astrology, by Martin Schulman.)

[** Hence, as depicted by the images in your natal chart (which we have noted on another thread), your boat/crane floats on the river which runs between a mountain-range and an iceberg. ... And, that boat/crane is made out of paper.]

Intercepted Gemini/SN in 12th + Capricorn duplicated on cusps of 6th and 7th houses. ... A problem in the 6th house is adversely affecting the activities of the 7th house, in a way that prevents effective use of the positive qualities of Gemini and the South Node.

The Full Moon brings to a conclusion (or shines a revealing light upon) something that began at the New Moon.

Wow graham that’s a lot to unpack. Thanks for pointing this out. Pluto (evolutionary) problem perhaps considering its sixth house placement.

**Capricorn is duplicated on the cusp of the 7th and 8th?

...I’ve been laying pretty low. Will try to give it some constructive thought.

Edit: I've been thinking about going back to university or moving back to a familiar city with professional connections (been traveling for too long). Since the new moon, wishing to forge ahead, push through limitations (mental blocks), promote my own interests, was illuminated, knowing I've work to do. Will have Nodal Reversals next year, somethings brewing. Makes this full moon prompt a tad more speculative of whats to come. This next new moon eclipse is on my DC.

"What does it indicate if the Nodes of the Moon are in intercepted signs in your chart? One important thing is that your intuition keeps you reminded on a regular basis of why you came into this life. Your soul awareness gets stimulated when you are trying to transcend your karmic patterns on a more conscious level.

Relationships are a big way this dynamic polarity gets activated, whether or not the nodes are in intercepted signs. If your nodes are in intercepted signs, relationships have a way of awakening key goals that are part of your soul evolutionary path. When you are in balanced partnerships, your intuition finds it easier to keep you in the highway lanes that bring greater abundance and soul growth. The Moon's Nodes, when in intercepted signs, will try to steer you away from relationships that block your approach to harmony.

If you have planets or the Nodes of the Moon in intercepted signs, listen to your intuition as it can help you navigate your way through life with a vivacious spirit. Don't fear making the wrong choices. Sometimes it is those difficult times that actually reveal our intuitive power. Intercepted signs contain intuitive wealth that can give us great clarity and an inner compass to guide us to wonderful growth. "

"But what of the duplicated signs? Unlike the hidden intercepts, they represent something we have in abundance. The more we develop the qualities of the duplicated signs, the more confidence we have, and self awareness, to explore the intercepts."
