Hello all,

I had one year ago nose cosmetic surgery on 14th decmber 2018.. I’ m still not recovered from it and have because of it medical problems now.. if I look at the chart of the date I couldn’t choose a worser date I think. The moon is opposite my natal (virgo) moon and conjunct transit neptune and mars all in pisces, which are thus opposite my natal moon..

I’ m trying to choose a date for the second surgery.. because of the mars transit in january ( square my natal moon) and after that mercury retrograde, i was thinking of 28 march 2020 with venus conjunct my natal sun trine transit jupiter and mars BUT transit sun is conjunct chiron on that date.. I’m really scared of the complications again.. could you please help me?

Hi! Wow, sorry your surgery went so wrong.

I had plastic surgery about 7 years ago, and while the surgery itself went fine, I got a very bad infection back at home, which required multiple corrective surgeries over the next 2 years.

So I looked some things up. Don't know if that helps, but it was a new moon in Pisces that day conjunct transiting Neptune and transiting Chiron. I was there for a breast augmentation.

This website mentions some better and worse options for a date: http://earther-rise.com/how-to-elect-the-best-time-for-surgery/

It also says avoid moon in hard aspect to natal planets. So maybe wait for a day the moon makes supportive aspects to your planets - if possible.

So I was actually going to say I don't really know much about Chiron, but it looks like it could play a part.

Since you're getting surgery for your nose, which is ruled by Taurus, I guess try to avoid a day with the moon either there or in its opposite, Scorpio? If it's more about the bones, then Capricorn/Cancer.

Hmm maybe it's kinda cheating - can you ask for a specific time of the day? Then maybe the Sun may have already crossed your natal Chiron.

Venus conj natal Sun, trines with Jupiter and Mars (cutting/surgery) sounds very nice and supportive, though! Intuitively, I feel especially Jupiter would help.

Good luck picking your date and I really hope it'll all go smoothly this time. It's hard enough to recover from surgery, especially with an infection on top of that!

Thank you so much for your reply meissieri.. I actually have an another date also in mind.. the 17th of march.. on his date the moon will be at 7 degrees capricorn so apply to conjunction with mars at 20 degree capricorn.. (but also trine natal venus, and venus conjunct natal venus in taurus) during the first surgery the moon was also conjunct transit mars.. and it went so worse-

On the other hand 28th of march .. transit moon conjunct natal sun and transit venus, and trine mars.. but with transit sun conjunct chiron in aries..

Which is worse? Transit sun conjunct transit chiron or transit moon same sign with mars and maybe during the surgery conjunct mars...

Thank you in advance.. i really appreciate it.

Hi! Took a while to get back to you sorry

If you're worried about a specific date because it is similar to those transits then, then I don't think it's a bad thing to take some more time to decide. Yeah, astrology shouldn't dictate every way you rule your life but there's a reason you're feeling worried. Don't discount that either.

As for those dates... how do they interact with your own chart? Like Sun conj Chiron doesn't have to be a big thing if it isn't making any important aspects to your chart.

I think I'm reading it that for the march 28 one, transiting Moon/Venus on your natal Sun? And then the trine with your Mars?

Then the other one.. both Moon and Mars in Capricorn here are the transits? Transit Venus on your natal Venus sounds alright, though, like it will line up with your values.

Though I've got a feeling you're more in favour of the 28 March one right now. Is that true?
