Are North Node transits important when they conjunct planets and/or angles? Are these supposed to be fated events? Or are the nodes not as significant as planets in transit?

Next spring, the North Node will conjunct my Sun, Venus, and South Node in Cancer on my IC. I'm wondering if this will bring something major during that time. Does anyone recall anything when transiting NN landed on a prominent placement in your chart? What happened?

Ah okay. That's pretty straightforward. I just checked back months before and realized transiting NN was conjunct my Mercury at a time when I had a very bizarre and mystical experience. It just so happened to also simultaneously oppose my Uranus and Neptune. I did receive clarity that day. It was life changing and it's blowing my mind even now when I think back to all the synchronistic clues that lead up to that event. Seriously, I just had an epiphany right now and am in total shock because I did not take notice of this NN transit at the time. Life is so interconnected and strange, but I'm enjoying this. I'm really looking forward to whatever this next NN transit will bring. Thank you.

The Lunar Nodes in progression or transits do often deal in important opportunities to make turns in your life, and especially show up when meeting people that turn out to be crucial in your overall growth.

However, related to DC/7th/Venus/relationships I want to emphasize that it doesn't necessarily mean meeting someone you'll be in an intimate relationship with, but someone who could be an essential catalyst for your life moving forward. So often the Nodes don't time events themselves, but precede the eventual developments by being catalysts to those later windows of opportunity for real changes.

For example, I've checked all the periods of major moves (changes of city/state) in my life and none of them were accompanied by transiting Nodes in any major longitude (zodiac) aspect to natal IC. Only one showed up with S.Node parallel natal IC (within 1°) late Sept 2000. The next move the following March was accompanied by transiting S.Node conjunct natal Moon in 4th. Another minor move took place Sept 2002 accompanied by transiting S.Node within 4° (past) natal IC and over into 3rd house.

moongaze, in your case if you've got that many planets down low near the IC, your chart may be more responsive to transits of the Nodes because of those planetary energies.

I’m gonna have NN square moon in progressed chart (another moon square..🙁 ) What can it bring, any ideas or advices ? Also, It’s gonna be in progressed composite chart with one person.

Node transits are very important. They are the main transits I check. They can show the major themes going on in the present. todd explained the Node really well, I think he has a thread about it here in LL.

Personally I see it like a pointer of a clock of destiny, that activates the essence of other elements. Usually it square elements of the chart or their midpoint can show the actual trend and how the symbols manifests for the person.
