Chart ruler solar Saturn is in 1st house. That's perfect for weight loss. It's retro though so could it be a temporary weight loss with weight back on at some point or yo-yo dieting..? I'm not sure how to interpret that. At the same time Jupiter is there too which is like the opposite - weight gain. So yeah, maybe it's really something like that, first lose a lot of weight then gain it all back. Ruler of 5th house (beauty, estethics) solar Venus is in 6th house (health, lifestyle) - taking an interst in estheticsally improving your look via looking after your health/body. And the reverse..sort off. Ruler of 6th house Mercury in 5th house.
Both Moon and Mars in the house of values and physical body - your focus is going to be on that then in 2020, on your BODY literally here 
or maybe you will see your value through your physical appearance.
Diet or not, weight loss or weight gain - most important here is that your Moon is trine your Venus. So it's emotionally happy year, no insecurity there.
