I hope your 2020 is going marvelous so far!

Okay, so I read that profection charts are way more effective than solar return charts. So, one day I was bored at work (which is rare) and noticed my profections for 2020 are similar to the profections I had in 2009. Needless to say, the last part of 2009/2010 will go down as the most hardest years of my life personally next to 2018...so far.

In 2009, my marriage fell apart, then filed, then it became finalized in March of 2010. It all went downhill from there. Had a serious tower moment for quite a while.

Noted, I was in a 7th house profection year in 2009 and will again in 2020. Although, I am not married right now, nor dating anyone, I wonder is there any correlation there. I will also have my Venus and Mercury return...I believe.

Can anyone help me with how to interpret profection charts? I will try to figure out how to post mine if need be.

My 8H is ruled by Capricorn and in it sits Neptune and Jupiter. Saturn (ruler of Cap) sits in my 6H in Scorpio.

When I was 8 years old, my father left our family again (I was 4 the first time) and moved to a different state. The 8H being of losses, being ruled by Saturn (the father figure) sitting in Scorpio (the sign of losses and natural ruler of the 8H)

When I was 16, same house, sign, and planets activated, my father passed away from a drug overdose (Neptune).

At the time he passed, transit Pluto (ruler of my 6H where natal Saturn sits) and tr Sun were conjunct my natal Uranus (ruler of my MC) in the 7H and transit Uranus was sitting on my natal MC so a double whammy of unexpected losses specifically a father figure.

Transit Mercury (my chart ruler) was conjunct my south node and descendant, transit south node was exactly in the middle of my 8H conjunct natal Jupiter (ruler of my 7H)

Transit Jupiter (ruler of my 7H) was sitting on my natal ascendant

So, I lost (8H and Scorpio) my father (Saturn and Capricorn) in a very unexpected (Uranus) way, an overdose (Neptune in my 8H) and it set my life on a whole new life path as a direct cause of my father's death (Tr Jupiter on the ascendant and natally in the 8H)

I know it all sounds confusing but forgive me, I suck at writing down my thoughts lol.
