Looked at my SR chart and 6/12 H literally covers 8 signs! How am One to interpret these situations??

Theoretically … opportunities to unlock the "locked up" qualities of each intercepted sign will occur as/when the daily movement of the 6th/12th house cusps move into each of the 8 signs.

[Had it been a natal chart, the unlocking would be done by the progressed 6th/12th house cusps.]
