I am actually interested in how a Pluto-Sun aspect in synasty results in the overall relationship dynamic between couples.

My Pluto in Scorpio conjuncts my wife's Scorpio Sun and our relationship dynamic doesn't follows the default description of how this aspect is "supposed" to work; Particularly where the Pluto individual has control over where both of the individuals in the relationship are destined to accomplish in their lives.

A Pluto trine Sun aspect IMO defines our relationship better. We always are acutely aware of each others dreams, strengths and weaknesses and try our best to help each other overcome hurdles to reach those dreams. Its mutual physical and emotional support; abiet VERY intense emotions are involved sometimes Lol! But its definately not a situation where one person has absolute control over where the relationship is heading towards.

Thoughts and comments are very well appreciated.

Interesting enough I attract Libras a lot but they always conjunct my MC and not my PLUTO. I don't attract sun conjunct Pluto or Moon conjunct pluto in synastry...

Actually Sun in cancer is the only sign I attract that aspects my PLUTO and I think is bc Sun in Cancer around 25degrees both squares my PLUTO and TRINES my moon in pisces but most cancers I attract are also in early degrees which means they square my IC/MC.

I seem to not be drawn to Sun in hard aspect to pluto in Synastry, composite definitely. My angles attract more than Pluto in synastry for me.

Interesting. Do you not feel a pull of any kind when it comes this aspect (obviously taking the other aspects in the chart out of the equation for the time being.) When I mean pull, I mean a sort of magnetic bestial attraction; Sort of that moment of impulse so to speak until reason kicks in and tells you that it might not be a good idea to hook up with that individual Lol!

---

But keeping that viewpoint in mind, can one define a Sun Conj. Pluto aspect as a hard aspect? Conjuction certainly is the most powerful aspect when it comes to Synastry but I guess with other aspects in our individual charts, the power pull within our relationship is pretty much even (and this might be the Libra within me talking but I like it that way Lol!)

Don't get me wrong, the passion will always be there , and the flirting, the lust, the snappy mind chess is all well and good since it keeps things interesting Lol! But I would have found it absolutely abhorrent if I were dictating my will upon her life goals in anyway. To do that to such a strong minded and intelligent woman is outright sacrilegious Lol!

I have sun conjunct pluto and mars in composite with my ex and our Mars conjunct pluto in composite is 100% exact and it was kiss at first sight and yes I did act on the magnetism, it felt like we were literally half of the same magnet, even many years later I saw him and again felt this super strong magnetic pull, we cannot say no to each other once we are in front of each other in a nutshell.

In synastry though I have not experienced this with sun conjunct pluto, might be bc late degree libra falls at the end of my 10H.

I have experienced it with Moon in capricorn square my Pluto, Moon in cappy at late degrees falls in my 2H activating my 2H/8H AXIS WHILE it trines my SUN and squares my Pluto. Perhaps this is why, IDK why but late degree cappy moon in the cusp of aquarius is a hot spot for me. I think is bc it completes a T-Square between my Pluto in libra square Atropos in Cancer and ATROPOS is a very plutonic energy. I have not noticed this with Sun in cappy at late degrees though, perhaps bc the moon arouses me more since my 8H is ruled by the moon.

I feel if sun conjunct pluto is having this effect on you it makes me wonder if it is completing an astrological pattern for you and if this connects somehow with your 8H. Are you sun or pluto and can you post your chart?

I do have a HUGE weakness for VENUS in libra conjunct my PLUTO though...

Interesting point about your moon's connection with the 8th house. For me though, the influence of other plutonic based aspects in my Natal chart such as Venus Conj. Pluto might be fueling the intensity even more.

Anyway, my chart:

And yes, before anyone says it, I have a bundle pattern chart on the lower hemisphere .

You do have your sun falling in the 2H/8H axis and squaring your 8H ruler Neptune in your 5H so I feel that pluto conjuncting your SUN sets on fire your 2H/8H axis aspecing your 8H ruler Neptune in your 5th. Your sun conjunct pluto is my version of Moon in cappy square my pluto.......

BTW love your chart! Your mars conjuncts my AC and my southnode and trines my venus conjunct mars, my ex also had mars in saggy. He also had venus in libra lol conjunct my pluto.

Interesting to say the least.

The way my wife described my chart pattern (wedge shape on the North Eastern Hemisphere) is that of an individual who is focused, directive and knows exactly what he/she wants. Its the type of person who has a plan set out on how he/she wants to live their life and has a solid grasp on what they want to do and how they are going to go about doing it. They are also very independent and don't need much support in doing what they want to do.

Unfortunately, she also said that such individuals aren't exactly known to let themselves go in any given situation due to their solid self-discipline; That is until she came along in my life . And you know what? I absolutely agree Lol!

Huh? I have always known what I wanted and only have Moon in the 3rd house and everything else is on the top hemisphere of my chart. My husband and ex have the bottom hemisphere packed and they both struggled with direction in life yet I always knew I wanted to be a therapist and just went for it and stuck to that path, always working towards that. My ex is the type to always be in a relationship, my husband did not want to marry and did not wish to marry any of his exes either, I am the one he warmed up to marrying to and now he wont let go no matter what, fights for me always, 13 years and won't let go and he has Uranus on this DC.

Actually my husband's planets are packed from 2H to 8H.
