What lines should I look for when thinking of where to study abroad next year after the coronavirus pandemic is over! I have a choice between Italy, France, Austria, Norway, Austria, Greece, Spain or Germany. The safest country IN MY OPINION on that list is either Norway or Austria. I’ve heard the other countries aren’t safe. What planetary line crossings should I look for? Mercury/Jupiter? Mercury/Sun?

Jupiter rules your Sagittarius/6th house of health. ... But, none of your astromap Jupiter lines go through (or close to) the places you list.

The Local Space line for Jupiter goes through Norway and Germany. ... But, in todays world, there is no longer a "safe place" for any of us to go. (So, don't put Pluto on an angle - as that might attract violence - but, otherwise, just follow the line that will make you "feel good".)
