Hi all,To make things short, I’m an Aries dating a Gemini sun, moon, and mercury. He has a Taurus venus and the energy is very strong. We have a very good relationship - he’s patient, thoughtful, affectionate etc. but he has a god awful jealousy problem. Like, it’s absolutely ridiculous how irrational he is at times. As an Aries I’d usually find this behavior exciting as I generally like conflict, but I actually find it to be overwhelming. I’m not sure how to handle it. I try verbal reassurance often, but with this quarantine circumstance we can only solve so much. Has anyone else ever dealt with a jealous taurus placement? Did you work through it? I love how affectionate this placement is, but I don’t think I can deal with the jealousy forever. IP: Logged |

I have everything but moon, my moon is in Aries and yes I'm male.The issue is someone with this combo will take there time to who they want to spend there time with and will want to take ownership of that person. So you'll get loyalty even for a Gemini sun but at the same time possessiveness. The possessiveness is something you'll have to work together on. I don't know how that could be hard to do with an Aries sun. Aries tend to be the most direct sign and as a result you can trust them easier..then the jealousy can come down a bit. I can understand the possessiveness...if you end the relationship be careful he might hunt you down, lol. My Planets

Thank you, I figured so. It’s interesting because on top of this he has a Sag mars (as do I.) I thought with so much Gemini and a Sag placement it’d ease the possessiveness but thats not the case.

Sounds more Scorpio like to me but all fixed signs can be jealous. Is your chart aspecting his Venus in Taurus?IP: Logged |

Sounds more like that Mars in the 5th house. I'm a taurus venus and I don't think I've ever been jealous. Maybe as a small child but nothing like you're describing. I've dated someone with a few taurus placements as well and while it's known for possessiveness, it's also known for not making a big scene or blowing up like that. Taurus is more of a "you're mine so you're my responsibility" and a don't make me look bad kind of thing. Not the "you're mine and no one else can have you" like scorpio. IP: Logged |

The Taurus I've mentioned, told me years ago, that he broke off a relationship, because he was too jealous. He was really in love with her, and she was the type of girl who would be approached if he walked away for just a minute.IP: Logged |

Jealousy is caused by insecurity. My husband is a Taurus Venus opposite Pluto and he is not jealous. We are both freedom loving and independent, fully trusting of each other, and not the jealous or insecure types. However, I think he said when he was younger he was that way, but he had to learn to get past it and overcome it. IP: Logged |

He’s like this. I’m a bit more experienced in romantic relationships than he is and I think he’s a bit insecure about it. He can get upset and passive aggressive (natal Mars in rx) if he finds out someone expressed interest in me or even just finds me attractive IP: Logged |
