Topic: Which chart to see how a leader gels with his country?

When people want to compare the chart of a political leader with the country they rule,
do they use synastry ? Or composite ? Or progressed charts?And if I want to see my rel’ship with the country I moved to -as an expat, I could do the same to see how I gel with the country ? 
I notice in synastry with a certain country 5 of my (mostly inner) planets fall in the 7th house of the country I’ve chosen. So.. just wondering ! Also, could a Venus-Uranus conjunction in synastry with the country chart be transferable and therefore significant for people of the nationality of that country, for example my partner? Could it show that I will have a Venus-Uranus vibe with that nationality or is that a bit far-fetched ?

Synastry of at least planet positions (preferably an accurate Asc & chart) of the person in question with an [b]accurate[b] birth chart of the country in question. The latter is much harder to get.IP: Logged |

The progressed chart of the country i would imagine gels with the type of energy the general public is positively predisposed to-not necessarily specifically the person.
In my country (SA) the progressed chart as of 15/Feb/2018 had progressed Pluto in Sco opposing Sun in Tau & squaring progressed Moon.
Our President Cyril has natal Sun/Moon conjunct in Sco and BOTH are squaring Plu in Leo 🤷🏿♂️ The probability of someone being of the same calibre as he and of the same strategic position he was placed etc.is unlikely. Many persons were born on his birthday. But not as many were next to the Presidential seat as he was BEFORE he was elected as the successor of ousted President Zuma.🤔
