Has anybody ever heard of that?Anyway, it went on to say that Jupiter in Aquarius means a wound to one's religious beliefs. Through the family, I *think*.
Does that make sense to anybody?
It's curious because I come from a religious family, and I never liked the way religion was presented to me in my family. It was very rigid and narrow-minded. It was a corset and an escape. But I do have a yearning for something in that realm. It will never be something institutionalised, though. I've had this utopian wish for many years. I would like to have conversations about god and the world with an enlightened priest/buddhist monk/etc. With somebody who is truly free.
I've been trying to get to a more layered and deeper look at Jupiter. Something beyond luck, expansion and good fortune.
This is what I've found so far, but I would love to expand on it to more of the less known facts/theories.
I hope it's okay to copy a few lines from other sites?

'They are good at breaking rules and thinking outside the box.'
That is certainly my biggest talent, ha. I'm trying to reign that back more and more since it makes people look at me in an unfavourabe light. Now I try to learn the rules, at least. Show people I have respect and gain understanding of the history of how a structure came to be and who the people are in it. Before I suggest it can be different. Better. And it's so easy too! To make things better!
'Aquarius Jupiter is not afraid to be different.'
I am very afraid of being different. People don't realise that but being different (not for the fake sake of it) means a lot of work and a lot of responsibility. Everything takes ten times longer, because it's original, you have to explain a whole lot more and you won't get the recognition that you deserve. All things Aquarians don't like. Well, I should say, I don't like.
'Aquarius Jupiter accepts those around them at face value. They are tolerant and understanding, which allows them to work equally well with many different people.'
VERY true. Probably even more so for me because of my huge Neptune influence.
'They are fresh and original, though they don't seek out responsibility frequently. They can also lack in discipline at times. They are not into material good...'
Yes and yes. Neptune makes this even more pronounced. I care about ideas. Not enough people get the value of that. It's sad.
'Social reform is important to them to help the downtrodden and the poor.'
I'm involved in social and environmental reform through my studies. Since Corona even thinking of changing my career. I probably would if I could find a way to not work in the system and help protect people with a mental illness and people who don't fit in the system. Students and many privileged people in my country don't get that these are not only third world problems. They look to every corner of the world to help, but ignore the reality right outside their windows. I used to be ignorant and misinformed like that, when I was young, idealistic and...Aquarian! Now that mind set drives me nuts.
I hope I announce the sources correctly since I just found a c/p site with the exact same wording. So if the content belongs to somebody else, I apologise.

I liked what he had to say about expanding others' freedoms and independence. I never thought of that before. But it's really true. Even as a child I always forced people to be themselves, be more independent, think for themselves and follow their own peculiar path. People who followed me and looked for answers, esp.
'This is where freedom goes to grow.'
Best line to describe Jupiter in Aquarius.
The butting heads with conformist and lazy people is a big point.
That is really tough for me. I can't do it. Not openly at least. I'm too mutable and ideas are so intimate to me that I cannot readily share them with people who are afraid, defensive and aggressive. But I'm getting better at backing up my own vision. I need to feel save to do that. Then I can debate anyone under the table. And convince them.
I don't have a problem with tradition, though. I used to. Or I thought so. But I'm just as frustrated with people who think they have to mix things up for the sake of nothing and nobody as I am with people who think that changing a few words on a stupid form is hugely problematic and cannot be done even though clients often misunderstand it and it causes more work on a daily basis.
Ah, I love the little smile when he talks about Jupiter in Aquarius being a rebel!
Freedom and independence, of course. My mind was obsessed when I was a teenager, reading up on it in French literature, German philosophy and American libertarialism. I've not dared to think those words since then. With Uranus poking my ass, I guess it's time.
Do you have Jupiter in Aquarius?
I have Sag Asc conjunct Uranus and Jupiter in 2H in Aquarius. I am definitely open minded and need a room to grow. A rebel (check!), creative and imaginative (but I also have Neptune in 1H). Always loved science and medicine growing up, I'm happy that it's my career now. I'm not sure though if it's my Sag Asc that is giving me the strong Jupiter vibe...
