As expected you have a mix of Uranus (sudden and unconventional/weird) Pluto (obsessive) and of course Neptune (illusion, idealisation). I don't care much about Uranus (it just shows the internet and/or distance and/or her being foreign, plus unavailability in my case it's physical) but while reading your post I was thinking to myself "I bet my life he has Neptune hard aspects/placements both natally and in synastry and probably at least one Pluto (him) hard aspect". For one you are an Aqua Sun and Mercury, with Sag Mars. The two idealists (Neptune the third one, is the mother of idealisation). This one makes you want what you can't have because of the freedom-indeoedence/mental pleasure it offers, because that way you can maintain the idealisation (crazy in love state) as long as possible.
Venus in Aries is not an idealist at all but likes to chase and loses interest quickly once it gets what it wants.
However even though Venus isn't an idealist by sign, it is by aspect (square to Neptune). Idealising love interests, seeing the beauty in the ones you fall for, seeing them as you like them and not as they really are, getting disappointed once reality hits you.
Neptune conjuncts your Moon (emotions) too but it's 8 orbs wide and personally I don't count it. Its effect by itself isn't strong enough imo.
I haven't experienced Pluto in 12th H but going by logic 12th H is ruled by Neptune and is the house of subconscious among else (illusions, artistic talents/interests, hospitals, prison, drug/alcohol addiction etc).
You have Pluto in there which among else is obsession-passion. Her Jupiter is on your Pluto (which also happens to be your chrt ruler if your birth time is accurate) in your 12th H amplifying that energy.
Both her Piscean Venus and Saturn are in conjunction right on your 4th H (one of your angular houses).
Her Neptune is on your Moon, that's mainly imo why you feel a connection with her without no apparent reason and she probably feels like your perfect half/soulmate etc.. which also explain why you're mesmerized.
Neptune gets you high, you feel hypnotized.
When a planet touches our Moon we will feel it emotionally and it affects our heart/soul/core whatever you name it.
Her Uranus on your Moon is not as important to me, for one it's a wider aspect and two it just shows sudden attraction, like a electricity through your body/mind/soul but in this case both Neptune and Pluto are involved so the attraction lingers as long as Uranus and Neptune (both in synastry and your natal chart) stay satisfied by having indepedence, space and keeping that ideal image of her in your mind.
Your Pluto is square her Mars, that is a fiery passionate aspect, usually both feel it Mars is sexually attracted to Pluto and Pluto is also sexually attracted but it goes deeper for Pluto combining both emotional and sexual attracgion. We don't know her birth time so we don't know her house placements and Moon, the only Pluto aspect we know she has is Pluto square Sun, there is a chance that she'll find your Pluto squaring her Mars too heavy for her taste so she might feel repulsed because we're talking about a square which none of you has already natally.
I won't talk about other aspects like her Pluto square your Sun etc because by themselves they aren't "love aspects"
However her Neptune and Uranus square your Jupiter isn't a love aspect but Jupiter occupies one of the three love houses in your case (the 5th H) so it probably is significant, if you indeed "met" her 3 years ago around same month then T.Uranus was conjuncting your Jupiter in your 5th H to.
If your tob isn't accurate which is highly possible since you said yours is 01:00 AM then T.Pluto might be conjuncting your Moon less than 2 orbs which indicates obsessive feelings, stalking someone etc.
3 years ago your progressed Moon was conjuncting her natal Mars exact (again if your birth time is accurate).
Everything plays its role but I believe your Neptunian Venus (which rules your 7th H btw and resides in your 5th H, so it's occupying two of your love houses), her Neptune on your Moon and your Pluto square her Mars are the main reason you are so attracted to her.
I'm very curious to learn her birth time mainly because I want to know if you have planets in her 8th H (ruled by Pluto and also showing obsession, stalker behaviour etc), especially her ASC (appearence) since you besically felt like this jut by seeing her pics.
Although we're missing important parts of her chart since we don't know her tob I believe you are not compatible and once you would get to know her you would eventually fall out of love.
I feel like I forgot to mention smth I wanted. Anyway my reply is all over the place but I'm in a hurry right now, I hope it makes sense.
