This may be a silly question, but is the natal chart still valid when Twins involved?

Or would Numerology come in via Full Name dissection? I’m asking because I can’t imagine Nadya Suleman’s Octuplets all have the exact same character.

3rd House Leo Mercury
6th House Sagittarius Moon & Pluto
1st House Cancer Venus & Mars
9th House Pisces Jupiter conjunct MC.

Twins from my school were born with about 20 minutes to half an hour difference. It's been a long time I checked their charts and I don't have their birth info anymore. However I checked them for that particular reason (to see how valid astrology is, because for me it either is valid for all or it is not). Their house placements were different but their ASC was the same, however due to different degrees most of the planets weren't falling in the same houses, if I recall right one had intercepted signs while the other didn't. At the time I din't know half of wbat I know now but I checked just to see if there were any differences because they were indeed different even though they looked alike.

I know (I don't have their birth info) twins who have different birthdays because one was born before midnight the other after midnight, they had about an hour and a half difference in time. Honestly those are twins that you wil never guess that they're twins, pretty sure they have different ASC. They don't look alike at all.

What I think I would personally not consider as accurate birth info though are c section births, not only for twins but anyone. That is because the time they are born isn't decided "naturally", the child doesn't pick it naturaly like it would via vaginal birth. What if naturally they would get out at a completely different time or even day? I feel like their birth info is inaccurate, we will never know if the child would even have the same birthday let alone birth time.
I know it's still the time they came into this world but it doesn't feel right for me, the natural process was disrupted, It feels like I'll be seeing the wrong chart.
